Breakfast was just coffee and muffins. We were expecting a more traditional breakfast like eggs and toast, and other options like cereal, pancakes, etc. Also, breakfast was provided late. It said 6 am but was set up by 6:30. Breakfast should be in a separate room allocated for breakfast.
Make sure all vending machines are working. Provide coffee makers in each room.

Plenty of space, roomy, large kitchenette, beds end to end, large closet,
Had to clean toothpaste and hair out of bathroom sink, had to thoroughly clean bathtub after reporting to front desk twice. Had to brush teeth and wash hands in the kitchen sink because bathroom sink stayed stopped up for two days. Reported to front desk as well

Had a fridge and I could cook a meal if needed, if I brought my own pots and pans. The AC was good and the water pressure was good also.
Stingy with the tp, they leave whatever is left from the previous renters and have to ask for another roll and go get it yourself. Key card only worked after you insert about 10 times.

It was very clean and quiet the heaters work so good we had to turn on the air to cool the room down some😲 temp. outside was 8 degrees.
Only issues we had was after going to dinner was trying to get back you go out 1 was but have a maze to go through to get back.

Location and how easy to get in and out of the hotel. Also the quietness of the hotel.
I did not like the bathroom, I would like to have had a double sink in the bathroom.

Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming! And very clean room.
We were placed very near the front desk and people in the hallway were loud; especially in the morning maintenance workers(?) sat outside our door talking loudly about politics. They woke us up.

Breakfast was fine and suitable for us as we had to get up and go to the Hire Car company.
Awkward getting in after midnight as there was no clear way of entering but I understand that may be for security

The best part was my check in. The woman at the front desk was the same woman that took my previous phone calls and she was amazing. Nice and courteous and she would be the reason I return. I wish I would have gotten her name. Amazing!
TV remote didn't work but that is very minimal. I read a book instead. Everything else was really good.

The blonde woman at front desk was very rude during my check in. Started going off on me 4 no reason while she was on the phone and I was patiently waiting to talk to her.

I like how the area was very close to food, stores, gas stations, etc.
There was absolutely nothing I disliked about my stay.
