The rooms are very nice. The staff was friendly, and there were toiletries on hand. We had forgotten our toothbrushes, and I a shower cap. They supplied us with both after going to the front desk! We were only there for one night, but we were very pleased. We had a very relaxing time.

These aren't complaints, but rather a couple of things we noticed. Our mattress was a bit rigid, but I imagine it’s because we are used to our old, worn memory foam mattress at home. There was also the ceiling light by our door that didn't work well, but again: these are tiny little things that didn't impact our wonderful time.

I only stayed for one night, but being a solo traveler, what I noticed that I really appreciated was how well lit the hallways were at night. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean. Staff was very friendly as well. I did not take advantage of any breakfast or coffee.

Nothing at all about the property itself, but there was a sketchy looking guy pacing around the front door when I first arrived talking to himself. I almost wanted to turn around, but I went on in and I saw he was gone in a couple hours. Hopefully someone made him leave.

The staff is always nice. The room is always clean, the bed is very comfortable and IT WAS QUIET!!

The hallway smelled at night due to no exhaust fan or fresh air return. The morning was ok, at night it smelled like food and there was no air movement on the 3rd floor. The fact that guests are charged +20% TAX IN STL IS INSANE!!!

Breakfast was good; had what we needed as we are not big breakfast eaters anyway.

Eggs were not replenished the first morning we ate but there was still enough for us to eat!

Excellent front desk staff. Very comfortable beds, clean linens, and towels. Very nice room and bathroom!

The people who checked next door thought at 1:00 am nobody could hear them. Wrong, I took care of that quickly and they finally shut up.

This was not on the hotel but with booking.com, i put in my card information and booking.com took my payment from my card used and they weren't suppose to do that, they were to just wait until i checked out because i was going to use a different card

Was clean comfortable good safe location.

Not enough parking spots for the amount of rooms if you get there late no place to park. Air conditioner wasn't 100%.

Hard to get to. I’m from Arkansas so trying to watch the traffic doing off the highway and getting over in time so I wouldn’t miss the street was hard . The street sign needs to be bigger

It was a Very clean facility. I had an easy check in experience. Beds were so comfortable
