The indian staff thinking they’re better than bleach people.

The room was big and spacious for the price. I would definitely book again.

The second night of my stay, I was awakened by the sound of water dripping. There was water leaking from the ceiling. My important papers and some of our clothing got wet. I reported it on the morning I checked out. The lady was nonchalant but said she would let her boss know. I didn't really get angry because I was checking out anyway. Hopefully the leak was fixed.

The stay was great for the price. The furniture was outdated but the stay was an enjoyable one for us. It was quiet. If people are looking for aesthetics, this is not the place. We were very satisfied at the price. Bring your own amenities if you want to be super comfortable.

We booked it, and stayed there. What we didn't like really doesn't matter. The price of the room would go up if we told you about everything that could have been better.

Big room fridge worked

Microwave didn't work or wifi they kept saying they where gana fix it for 2 days but never did after multiple times asking. Also there was a used condom and dirty underwear on the floor

I finally got a chance to get into the swimming pool. I loved it and so did my family.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Keep up the great work.

The room are big and very clean fresh coffee in the morings and the staff is friendly

Reserving the room was great before actual arrival.

I needed a laundry facility but Its ok.

Upon check in, we were informed that the room we booked couldn't be occupied due to a water leak, but they offered us a different room with no additional charge. (King to double queen). We were booked for Friday night and checking out Sunday morning. The gentleman in the office that we interacted with most was very polite and helpful. Bonus pro- when I went to the office for additional room things such as toilet paper, the staff was prompt and polite. Was it the Bellagio? No. It's a budget hotel. We didn't have any bugs, nothing was off the wall dirty, and the hot water worked. Would probably stay again if I'm in need of another last minute budget hotel.

Not so much that it bothered me, but Saturday night, for whatever reason, the office decided to leaf blow around 9 pm right in front of our room. We weren't sleeping, but, what if we were trying to? Just found it to be an odd time to be leaf blowing. The only other concerning thing was, not even an hour after we checked in, there were two cop cars and an ambulance at the front of the building. It seemed like the police had a constant presence during our stay.
