Breakfast was great in the morning. Room was clean, but could use some updating. We were there for a baseball tournament and if we won we would need to stay another night, but unfortunately they wouldn’t let us stay another night since the carpets were getting replaced on another floor so we had to go to a different hotel. Originally the front desk said they had enough rooms if we needed to stay another night.

Some staff wasn’t super accommodating. Couldn’t stay another night so we were forced to find something else. We drove 14 hours to get there so having to go find another place Sunday night was not fun.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. We spent about 2hrs in the pool.

The elevators were a little scary and the breakfast was poor, they were out of a lot of things when we got downstairs around 8ish, but they did seem really booked

It’s one of the best hotels in Alton it wasn’t more than I expected (206 +security deposit) love the pool and the leds in it.

One of the sheets had a bunch of Tiny hairs on it and I was a little itchy but that could just been the detergent that I’m allergic to.

Very good response from staff when power failed at bedside outlets. Had to change rooms at 1130p! They coordinated the move, gave us a suite, and were very sorry that this had occurred.

The area was nice, everything was clean and smelled nice. The front desk was always very helpful and pleasant when being spoken to. They made the stay enjoyable, and we will most definitely do it again.

There is nothing that I can possibly think of at this time that I would change about our stay. Maybe we'll find better pricing next time around, but even that wasn't so bad on such short notice.

The staff, particularly the manager, was absolutely fabulous in working with me, after there was a problem with Booking.com regarding my reservation.

Booking.com needs to have a better reservation transmittal from its app/website to the hotel. I had to wait over an hour, with the manager's help, before I could get a room. My online reservation via the app never made it to the hotel, thusly the manager had to call Booking.com. The delay was unacceptable. I had to end up cancelling via booking.com and reserve under my regular way.

The room was nice and large, the free breakfast offered a nice variety of options to choose from.

I noticed some markings on the walls which looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Front desk staff could have been more friendly. Of the 4 we interacted with, only one lady was nice and pleasant.

convenient location, quiet area

my daughter was in need of some pain meds. went to desk and lady working was no help in finding it. she watched her not find it, and offered no help. my husband found it, so why didn’t she help her? the grounds outside could be a little more clean. a lot of cigarette butts.

Very accommodating, they were able to find me a room through a cancelation while I was trying to check in from my booking.com reservation which had over booked as the motel had been sold out for three weeks previous.
