Room & lobby & dining area were clean & pleasant

Air conditioning in our son & daughter in laws room wasn’t working. They were uncomfortable & sweating all night but they should have reported it. I didn’t learn about it till we saw them in the morning. We were in handicapped rooms which we did not request. Booked through a third party but at checkin there was a mixup & were charged a higher price. Took some sorting out but did get the price we originally booked at.

Loved the location of the hotel, definitely a safe area for families! The hotel and room were super clean and had nice amenities! Spacious room and bathroom, everything worked great! The indoor pool was awesome, not too cold! I liked that they had a shelf of pool towels so there was no need to bring the ones from the room. The staff were super friendly! The breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expectations! There was a broad variety of food and beverages, even my pickiest eater enjoyed their breakfast! Plus, there were snacks and drinks you could buy in the lobby any time, which helped a lot! I have already recommended this hotel to another family!

It was clean and the employees were very friendly and nice. The hotel did NOT smell like pot like most do these days. The breakfast was great.

Absolutely nothing. It was an emergency stay as we were in the middle of a road trip. We didn't really get to check out the amenities, but everything was great

Everything was wonderful besides housekeeping, disappointed in the cleanness we never seen one housekeeper check out time the manager was super super nice and explain that she was sorry overall it was a great day

Neighbor room had at least two dogs that were constantly barking. Room coffee was not good

Hotel was in a quiet location. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The room and stay were wonderful. After a terrible experience at the Edwardsville Holiday Inn last year, we were delighted with our experience at the Glen Carbon Hampton Inn. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn if you are staying in the Edwardsville area.

They were exactly as advertised & rooms were big! Everything was in our room & the room was clean.

It wasn't near very many restaurants.

Room was clean, breakfast ok...needed restocked as lots of kids not much to choose from even at 8:30 am.

More comfortable bed/mattress.
