The property was in a perfect location- central to a lot downtown. Every staff member was kind, professional and helpful. Valet was wonderful too! The complimentary made to order breakfast, in addition to the traditional breakfast bar and the evening cool down with free drinks and snacks was a very welcome amenity. The bartender was more than generous to indulge our daughter with non alcoholic mixes too. No one was excluded.

The pool was lackluster at best. It’s indoors- which is nice since it was so hot during our stay but there was hardly any sun coming into the room, and the floors felt like there were broken pieces of rock and sand. Hot tub was down also. Disappointing but trivial compared to the rest of our stay.

Very clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. By far the nicest place we have ever stayed. It was prime location to get to the cardinals game and not to far from other places we went. Loved that the room was separate from the living room area so my husband and I could have privacy and our daughter could be in her own space. The breakfast was exceptional. I have never stayed anywhere that had a breakfast that nice. We would have loved to been able to go to the bar but with our daughter with us it made it difficult. It’s is awesome that it is part of the stay.

The only thing I have to complain about is that there was not a Bible in the bed side table. I understand that this isn’t a big deal to most and I did bring my own but you never know who’s life that Bible might change. My husband did also complain about the bed. He said it was not comfortable and it hurt his back.

Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. Check-in and checkout were super fast. Our room was clean and bigger than expected. I love that they offer drinks and snacks in the evening. Was very nice to have a hot breakfast with the option of having your own omelet made. The price was more reasonable than some other hotels, and the Embassy had better ratings and reviews. The hotel is within walking distance to Busch Stadium, which is why we were there.

I do not really have any complaints. Water pressure could have been a little stronger, but it was definitely manageable.

The hotel overall was clean. My room was clean. My room being on the 4th floor was nice and convenient for me to go to the hotel restaurant. The free breakfast buffet every morning was nice. The hotel was in a great location relative to the convention center and downtown St Louis. The dollar store being across the street was very convenient. Overall a very positive experience and I look forward to coming back!

The outlets on the lamps next to the bed couldn't charge my electronic devices. They were too loose and my chargers would fall out. Maybe they need fixing. The shampoo and body soap dispensers were empty when I first moved in. It would be nice if they were full when someone first moves in. I didn't like the incidental charges added to the account. I don't remember seeing that I would be charged for those charges up front when I booked the room so they seemed to be a surprise to me.

Loved the size of the room and how it was laid out. Very clean and comfortable.

Two things that stood out. We returned to our rooms at 9pm after our event and wanted something to eat and went to the restaurant to order food to be disappointed that they were understaffed in the kitchen and that orders were taking really long. And then Breakfast the next morning was very slow and a big line for the buffet line that made it challenging to enjoy breakfast.

We loved the spacious room, and super comfortable beds and comforter. The complimentary snacks were a really nice to touch, especially when traveling with so many kids. The breakfast was lavish and had lots of variety. It had something for everyone. Very classy and comfortable stay.

The valet parking only option. I would like some other option than expensive valet parking to stay at the hotel. The valet people were very nice, but it adds an extra $50 to your stay.

The hotel was nice and very clean. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. They provided more than enough towels without having to ask. The breakfast was delicious. There were lots of options. The girl making omelettes did such a great job. The room was very spacious. The only complaint I have is that the bed in our room was worn out and hurt to sleep on. Also, neither the hotel nor booking.com were upfront or transparent about parking. There is a lot off site that is $25 per night but has NO in and out privilege so once parked you're stuck until the next day, so you have absolutely no choice but to pay for valet and it costs $45 plus $4.95 fee to park each day. I will say though that the valet was polite and very fast every time we needed to leave. Our car was out front waiting for us within 5 minutes. It was incredibly close to the dome where our event was. Very convenient. Over all this was a nice hotel!

Medium sized gym, just enough. Breakfast: the difference is the omelettes made by order, being guests able to choose ingredients. 10 minute queues for omelette. The rest not so much, It could have more fruit and yogurt. But it's typical American breakfast. Highlight for the evening reception, with good drinks options and good tasteful snacks. The place and the people were all very friendly. They all did a very good job at their part of the job at hand. The room was big, so there being 2 of us we didn't feel like we were in each other's way at any point.

The pool was ok but needs some attention. The walls had peeling plaster. The used towels and garbage bins looked the same, and if I didn't ask, I would have never known one was for trash, and one was for towels. The 2 times we went to the pool watched people put garbage in the towel bin. May want to paint or make a bigger colored sign for each container. The hot tub was used the most after our walking. It could use some updating as well. The painting of the depth of the hot tub was all gone pretty much.
