It’s right downtown, very close to everything. The room was clean and the view was great. I couldn’t get the AC to crank down as low as I would have liked, but it wasn’t hot by any stretch. I just like meat locker temps. The water pressure was fine and no problem with hot water. Fridge and all the basics in the room(no microwave). Bed was pretty firm, had a little trouble sleeping. Linens were comfortable. Building is older, I had stayed here decades ago but it had been decently maintained. Staff I spoke to were all friendly and helpful. We didn’t do the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. Parking was $30/night. Average downtown. The garage is tight, but no getting around that.

After an event the traffic gets clogged around the hotel because of the ramp to the MLK bridge. Just something to note. We were there for a game and it took a few to manouver ourselves to where we could get to the entrance.

The hotel location was close to Busch stadium. Room was adequate, water pressure in the shower was great! Room cleaned daily with option to tip online via an app.

Shower curtain was short (above the level of the tub) so copious amounts of water leaked on the floor outside the tub. The air conditioner unit in the room was loud and turned on/off all night long. I used a third party app to book the room and was unable to adjust my reservation (checked out a day earlier than I reserved the room). The 3 party offered no price adjustment which meant the room was more expensive than reservation through the hotel directly. I will book all future reservations through hotel only as that provides the most flexibility for adjusting the reservation, if needed.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. They go out of their way for you at the front desk. The atmosphere in all the lobby and social areas were so welcoming. Friendly groups sitting and eating pizza they ordered in or playing cards or just talking or reading the paper; it just felt family friendly and welcoming. We felt completely safe in the whole hotel. We would absolutely stay with them again.

This is based on my personal preference only, but I wish the breakfast bar which had a very large selection would have had a better selection of hot food. They did have hot oatmeal and scrambled eggs but only chicken sausage which none of us are a fan of. Regular sausage, bacon or even biscuits and gravy would have been more welcoming.

The morning during breakfast, There was a child, not in my party, that was Celebrating their birthday. The Breakfast attendant (atleast I think that's who she was) Sabrina, Suprised her with a gift and sang to her happy birthday! It's people like Sabrina who make me believe in society again and again! People such as Sabrina, are what hospitality is supposed to be about.

The property is located in a decent area of the Downtown St. Louis region, right acrossed from an underground passage way to Horseshoe Casino, however it's also right next to the interstate, and can be noisy at times. The property had several groups of children in house, and they drowned out the interstate noise with their screaming. I did call guest services and they sent security up each time I called (after 10PM) I understand it's not really the hotels issue, more of a parenting issue, but the Hotel staff were more than accommodating with handling the situation.

The rooms were great. Awesome view of the arch! Beds were comfortable! Nice location!

The parking situation was very dicey! The first 2 floors were blocked off (fixing sprinkler system), so the first night we lucked out and there were a couple spots still open, but the second night coming back later after a game there were zero parking spots. When going to exit, we spotted an open space outside being blocked by the night security car. After a few moments, he did come move it so we could park. Seeing as we pay $30 for parking, it would be nice to have a guaranteed spot available!

The rooms were clean. Most of the staff were friendly and understanding except for 1. But overall the experience was great. The hotel was located in a perfect area for all of our activities. I was not happy due to missing an event because my check in was later than expected because our room wasn't ready. But Jeanette was very professional despite my irritation and frustration. She is definitely the definition of great customer service. Thank you Jeanette.

When we arrived the room was not ready. We arrived shortly after 3pm(3:15 to be exact). This caused us to miss an event. When we showed up to check in a second time, some little sassy man behind the counter had the nerve to question what time we arrived like we may have been too early. He had a sucky little attitude. But he wasnt taking care of us anyways. Smh. He also was managing breakfast one morning- he needs to be in the background because he is not customer service material.

The room was great, the service excellent. Everything was very clean and quiet unlike other hotels where you hear everything. It included breakfast although the breakfast itself is not extraordinary. It is very close to downtown and the Arch so it is very convenient.

Limited breakfast menu. The do not have a lot of options for allergens. The staff was super nice though! The Parking is fine for an additional $30 but there are only 2 EV chargers and they tend to be taken by the same car owners who leave them plugged all day even if they are fully charged. The hotel does not seem to have any way to monitor this.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was awesome. Our view was of the arch/river which was fantastic. The breakfast was okay. Walking distance to wherever we wanted to go.The arch, Casino next door and across the bridge. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. Parking was $30 per night which I think If you're staying at the hotel is a bit ridiculous but that's basically everywhere you go nowadays especially downtown.

Didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant or bar inside the hotel. If you think you'll want a late night snack, suggestion is to get something from breakfast for that purpose.

Room was comfy. We were close to the Arch- the reason we came to St. Louis. The breakfast was good. Clean Rooms. Nice walking distance to the arch and some food establishments. It was a little sketchy walking to the different food establishments, did not feel 100% safe walking in those areas. They did have The Old Spaghetti Factory within a few blocks, and that was a nice find for us. It was nice being close to the Cardinals stadium too.

The ice machine on our floor did not work. We had to pay $30 extra per day for parking, and since we had an “oversized vehicle” (SUV) we could not park in their parking garage with had a height limit of 6 feet 6 inches, but were able to park in their small outside parking lot which they did have a parking attendant for- I think he was there 24 hours.

Large, open lobby. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a play area downstairs with toys for children to play with. Plenty of towels were left in the room. Wonderful view of the arch. Safe walk at night to and from Enterprise Center.

It was not explained during check-in that in order to ascend to your correct floor, you have to select the floor and then scan your key. We were not the only ones who were confused. It is a nice security feature! Just needs to be explained.
