I rarely give reviews to the hotels i stay. This one made me write a review because it exceeded all my expectations. To Start with, the checkin process was a breeze. Especially Roxanne at the front desk was awesome!! She was warm and welcoming and explained everything with a smile. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet and the Supper Buffet was too good!! Especially the evening cocktail drinks were exceptional.. The helpers at the buffet were also so caring and warm. The heated pool was clean and maintained well. My kids didnt want to come back to the room. They loved the pool!! It was very near to St.Louis downtown and all other attractions.. Overall it was worth the visit!! Definitely would highly recommend to everyone!!

Maybe the pillows coule have been little harder..

Exceptionally clean hotel room with Wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows! No pressure points! Large free parking lot, handicapped accessible parking spots, ramps, doors, rooms. My room had a mini fridge, desk, and flat- screen TV. Complimentary breakfast and snack in the afternoon! Guest laundry on site as well as a pool and small fitness center. Free wifi. Non- smoking rooms. Drinks and snacks vending machines. Pets allowed on request. Elevator to upper floors. Rooms for guests with disabilities. Fifteen to twenty minutes drive to Gateway Arch National Park, in nearby St. Louis, Missouri, which includes the Old Courthouse where the Dred Scott and Virginia Minor cases started. Also ten minutes' drive away from Cahokia Mounds State Historic site in Collinsville, Illinois. The archeological remnants of what some consider the most sophisticated prehistoric native civilization north of Mexico with no admission or parking fees. I will return to Drury Inn when in the area!

More towel bars needed in the bathroom for wet towels!

I do business all around the St. Louis metro area and have stayed at a variety of hotels both on the Illinois and Missouri side of the state line, some more expensive than the Drury Inn and some less expensive. I settled on the Drury a few years ago because of the value for the dollar. I especially like the complimentary food and drink that is available each evening; after traveling all day I like to be able to get something to eat and drink without getting back in my car and driving to a restaurant.

The rooms are acceptable but are close to needing an update.

The hotel and the room were clean. I observed staff cleaning on many occasions as I was in and out of the hotel. You could tell they made an effort and cared. It was nice to see. There was plenty of hot water and the room was quiet. TV worked well as did the mini fridge. The room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and professional. Very convenient location for this particular trip. Easy entrance and exit, close to interstate.

Too many unattended children running around. The pool was unusable because of all the kids. It made being in the pool area unpleasant. The same can be said of the dinning area. Numerous unattended children of various ages constantly at the drink station and food area, serving themselves unattended, dropping utensils, and generally making sitting in the dinning area difficult. Staff intervention would have been nice, or at least signage stating an age limit on being in the food and beverage area.

The hotel was awesome, it was my first time at a Drury and I instantly became a fan and I now try to book one wherever I go. I LOVED the happy hour, especially the POPCORN!!! it made the stay feel so much more cozy and comfortable, even if we only stayed for one night. The room was nice and clean, the pool looked amazing as well, but I was too tired to give it a try. Also, extra points for my name twin at reception Roxanne, who was amazingly nice, friendly and helpful! Super loved our stay 💜

Always stay at Drury Hotel great staff was awesome. Everything was very clean and fresh.

Because we always stay at Drury this year there seem to be a lot of strange guys outside the Hotel each time we return and the place where they need to smoke was so close to front entrance that when we returned you could spell like smoke. This year the breakfast wasn't that good egg taste like powder eggs there was no bacon nor any danish. Dinner time there were all these strange workers eating dinner but the dinner wasn't that good this visit.

The staff was extremely friendly. It was my son’s birthday and they made him feel special by going out of their way to tell him Happy birthday and give him a birthday treat. The room service lady was so sweet. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and who could complain about free drinks every evening? The hotel was clean and the pool was warm. I will most definitely be staying at this hotel if we come back to St.Louis.

Once we got to our room and turned the AC on, it was very noisy. However, they were extremely accommodating and acknowledged my concern. They moved us to a different room with no problem and even discounted our room rate for the night.

Comfortable beds and decent breakfast supplied. Coffee is very good.

Would like to see a variety of yogurt in cooler. During my stay (3 nights), only available flavor at breakfast area was strawberry. I've mentioned this before from other surveys from Drury, the pillows supplied are too soft. Even after stacking the pillows on the bed, and they're so small, I don't experience my preferred neck support.

I think we found our new favorite hotel. The Drury goes above and beyond customer service. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. It’s hard to find a hotel that offers an evening happy hour along with breakfast. Also found out after talking with one of their staff, Adam he gave us a history on the Drury that we didn’t know. These hotels are still family owned and not franchised, that’s equally hard to find. So from now on when we are traveling we will do our best to stay at a Drury

The hotel was nice and clean. Located in a convenient area for our needs. We enjoyed the free evening snacks and drinks offered daily. Breakfast was great also. We were able to grab a bite before hitting the road. Really convenient when you are traveling with kids. Adeline was the best! Whenever we visited the Cafe area, she was so pleasant and attentive. She had a great attitude and was that way with everyone. Overall, great stay.
