The hotel and the room were clean. I observed staff cleaning on many occasions as I was in and out of the hotel. You could tell they made an effort and cared. It was nice to see. There was plenty of hot water and the room was quiet. TV worked well as did the mini fridge. The room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and professional. Very convenient location for this particular trip. Easy entrance and exit, close to interstate.

Too many unattended children running around. The pool was unusable because of all the kids. It made being in the pool area unpleasant. The same can be said of the dinning area. Numerous unattended children of various ages constantly at the drink station and food area, serving themselves unattended, dropping utensils, and generally making sitting in the dinning area difficult. Staff intervention would have been nice, or at least signage stating an age limit on being in the food and beverage area.

Always stay at Drury Hotel great staff was awesome. Everything was very clean and fresh.

Because we always stay at Drury this year there seem to be a lot of strange guys outside the Hotel each time we return and the place where they need to smoke was so close to front entrance that when we returned you could spell like smoke. This year the breakfast wasn't that good egg taste like powder eggs there was no bacon nor any danish. Dinner time there were all these strange workers eating dinner but the dinner wasn't that good this visit.

The staff was extremely friendly. It was my son’s birthday and they made him feel special by going out of their way to tell him Happy birthday and give him a birthday treat. The room service lady was so sweet. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and who could complain about free drinks every evening? The hotel was clean and the pool was warm. I will most definitely be staying at this hotel if we come back to St.Louis.

Once we got to our room and turned the AC on, it was very noisy. However, they were extremely accommodating and acknowledged my concern. They moved us to a different room with no problem and even discounted our room rate for the night.

I think we found our new favorite hotel. The Drury goes above and beyond customer service. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. It’s hard to find a hotel that offers an evening happy hour along with breakfast. Also found out after talking with one of their staff, Adam he gave us a history on the Drury that we didn’t know. These hotels are still family owned and not franchised, that’s equally hard to find. So from now on when we are traveling we will do our best to stay at a Drury

The breakfast had a good choice food and it all tasted great. Adeline the cook was so friendly and made us feel welcome and really took care of us! She deserves a raise! I’d come back to say just to see her. Smiling and laughing is a good start to your day!!

Honestly I don’t know. The girls at front desk were so helpful… and willing to make are stay the best. Free cocktails and food in evening! Again Adelaide was there serving cooking cleaning and made me smile from her lovely personality!! We almost stayed an extra day just to stay. 😃seriously!!

Breakfast was good. Nice variety of options. Staff kept things clean & full. Loved crystal who srved us during happy Hour. Very pleasant & friendly. She definitely cares about the guests & her job & making them feel welcomed. Just like Adam who helped us check into our room. He was great from start to finish.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We( mom and I) had a great trip as usual! Adam, Adeline, Crystal were so hospitable...We came to meet family as my grandma (my mom's mother) passed away ..We came to finish arrangements... we will return in February with our family for the services and stay at Drury Inn! We love it there! Thank you for everything! It made this time so peaceful.

The hotel was unexpectedly wonderful . I didn’t expect them to provide warm decent dinner and breakfast. I didn’t even think they have soft drink and coffee available for guess 24/7. Popcorn and drinks for adults are also a plus. The staffs were so friendly and extremely helpful. I will come back again and again.

The hotel was spotless and the staff was incredibly kind and hardworking - they made us feel right at home and were so helpful. I like the full breakfast and "happy hour" snacks. We ate both meals at the hotel, which cut down on costs while traveling. This hotel is very popular with families, and the hotel was packed with kids.

The location is ok for quick access to St Louis, but the hotel is right next to the interstate, and traffic was loud. Although our weeknight rate seemed a reasonable price, the weekend part of our stay seemed pricey.

Easy to get to from the interstate and the evening drinks and supper were very nice additions.

Getting into the property from the north was interesting. Not bad, just didn’t see signs for the entrance until we passed the driveway. Second time staying there we knew how to get to the property without missing the driveway.
