Our game was in a rain delay, so we were gonna have a very late check-in. The hotel reached out thru a message, and we were able to relay back to them it was going to be late upon our arrival. They were very helpful when we got there! I was surprised when we went into the room because of how spacious it was. The next morning, they were very helpful in the dining area. They kept things stocked and full for all the guest. They even overheard my grandma and I talking about hot tea, and the gentleman working helped us out and showed her where to get her some tea! Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area! Thank you!!

The new furniture was great. Yet, the room was so large with a king bed and only one chair in the whole room. I mean, the Tucumcari Day's Inn has the same furniture in a room half the size at Collinsville. Yet, the Tucumcari Day's Inn also had a table and two chairs to eat at, write at, unwind at.... The Collinsville Day's Inn had a King bed in a huge room, half empty, with only one chair, and an uncomfortable chair at that.

Room was clean, nice, smell good, food was better than nothing! You can smoke your marijuana outside in the smoke area because marijuana in legal in Illinois! All kinds of restaurants near the hotel and the highway is right by the hotel too! I will stay again and the manager lady was very nice she helped me out when I was there and I really appreciate her! I can't remember her name, but she is a plus size woman w/eye glasses and she is Caucasian, she was very nice!!! Keep up the good work!!

The Pool wasn't working my whole stay but the last day of my stay, the Pool was back working!

Cleanliness is always #1 and the Collinsville location met my needs. The Manager on Duty, Billie, was absolutely the best. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. Billie was truly concerned about making our stay the best. She was great. There was also one housekeeping staff members who always met me with a smile and was super.

I don't like opening the door next to the sink area and bathroom. The sink/vanity area was very small.

I have stayed here many times with working in STL but live up north. You can tell the hotel is older but they have made some updates to the rooms and it has always been clean. I have never ran into a grumpy employee. They have always been nice and professional.

The pool is out at the moment. But that is it. They are working on getting a new heater for it.

Everything from checking in to out was fantastic.. Room was great! Slept well and nice area. Employees very nice.. Breakfast was great also! My sister even said it was a lovely quiet hotel. My chihuahua enjoyed it too,he and I needed a little trip away.

Except for the slow water flow for the bathroom tub. Took awhile but at least it was warm. If I came back again love for it to be fixed. Didn't like deposit 😕 never had to pay in my 30yrs but I hope to receive it back. If I do I ll be returning to stay because i had a great time.

Room was big enough for two adults and two toddlers. I like how the floor wasn't carpeted, easier to clean up after my toddlers.

We didn't have any maid service come in to clean our room. (We never had the sign on the door saying not to come in.) The breakfast needed more options. I have food allergies and all I could eat that was offered was the toast. The pool was clean, but the smell of the chlorine was overwhelming. The elevator sounded like it could crash at any time.

The staff is *always* friendly, competent, and eager to improve your stay. I've yet to ever see them be anything less than top-notch.

The breakfast was incredibly sub par. There was an empty spot where biscuits had been, and about half a ladle of gravy in the gravy bowl; I poured it over a slice of toast, and had less than I preferred for even that. And this was at 8am, without a crowded breakfast area.

Great location. Easy access to freeway. Lots of restaurant choices and shopping nearby. Relatively quiet location. The staff was friendly and helpful.The hotel and room was clean.

Breakfast was OK. Some of the breakfast items seemed to have passed their expiration date. Would have been nice to have eggs, sausage, or bacon offered.

I was very comfortable here. The bed and tub were amazing.

There's no real breakfast except bread, cereal, and waffles. The room didn't have a chair at the desk, making no place to sit and eat in the room.
