The property was very quiet and well put together. They had many breakfast choices. Even a little convenience store of their own different type of snacks and sodas also option for coffee. The beds were super clean and comfortable. Loved how we as a family had conjoined rooms also each room had a fridge and microwave even though we didn’t use it and also tv with kid friendly options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved how easy it was to access extra soap or towels for our group. And how late check out is an option because we got in late.

It was very disappointing that the pool was out of order. I promised my kids to swim and that wasn’t available. Although the staff member really tried to see why that was so and get us to swim but it wasn’t safe so she couldn’t. I completely understood. Also the knobs on the shower is rusty and it would get stuck or hard to turn. Someone was hooking outside our window. Maybe an uber or something? The syrup did come out really slow during breakfast.

Amazing staff, clean establishment, and a good location for exploring the Alton/Godfrey area. The breakfast options were nice, and the bed was super comfortable. I liked that there was a pool available. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process.

My first room had a problem with very loud, rattling pipes, but the issue was quickly handled. The front desk person was very kind and upgraded me to one of the newly renovated rooms instead. I didn't ask to be upgraded, so it was an amazing surprise.

Location Was good, The staff were friendly. It was very sufficient.

We had a handicapped room and there was Death bunnies all over in the bathroom. The chair that they provide to put in the shower, the legs were dirty, and there was dirt And here under and Around it behind it.

we were going down to see the children’s grandparents. It was only a few miles away from their house. The staff was exceptional. Could not have asked for a nicer people. Everyone that was there was super nice and had great personalities. Will definitely stay there again the next time we go back to that area.

there was nothing that I did not like about the property. It was fine the way it was.

I read a bunch of comments people had posted about their stay at this facility and was expecting the worst. Everything was awesome! The staff were so friendly, kind and very helpful. It was amazing swimming in the heated pool each night then falling fast asleep in the most comfortable beds. I give this facility a strong 10. Can't wait 2 come back next year.

Breakfast was good and hot but would have liked biscuits and gravy, maybe some bacon strips also. The location was great as were attending a wedding at the Pere Marquette Lodge and the drive to the Lodge was worth the whole trip along the river road.

The television in our room would turn on like any other TV, then after 2 or 3 minutes the screen would darken. I would turn it off then back on the process would repeat itself, really frustrating! That was the only thing that bothered us.

breakfast was great loved the lemon water that was available when arrived, staff was very pleasant to talk with and help whenever needed

some noise late at night but that has to be expected at a hotel.
