We enjoyed the location, breakfast, and cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, great room size, and the amenities were accurately described. We hope to use the property in the future.

We stayed here a few years ago and you could tell it has aged. I think if the hall carpets were replaced it would brighten up the visual appeal. Also, the tile in the bathroom was starting to crack a bit, making it a little annoying.

I was very ill during this trip and the staff were wonderful at keeping my room clean without bothering my rest. They allowed me to add an extra day to my trip without needing to change rooms in order to sleep and recover. We very much appreciate the Sleep Inn and stay here often when visiting our son at Cornell College.

Room 118 was the best as there were 3 of us and this gave us lots of room. The shower was incredible and water pressure was fantastic after moving our daughter into Cornell up 4 flights of stairs this was a nice "home" to come back to

We loved the comfy beds, the internal door between our room and my parents room, and the kindness of the staff when I was ill and needed to spend an extra day in the room to recover.

Breakfast isn't super great, but it is food!

Asked to check out a little later was told no as people where already checking in for the day but check in wasn’t until 4 could have been a little more accommodating

We had an excellent stay. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The breakfast had plenty of options. The pool and hot tub were great. We would absolutely stay again. Excellent pricing as well compared to hotels in a 10-30 mile radius.

Couldn't get into the wifi quickly and easily. It was late and I didn't call the front desk. But I would have liked that to be more efficient. The information in your folio didn't work.

Work out room very small. I used treadmill, but I don't know how anyone could have used weights . Hot tub was nice temperature, but kind without jets, slightly disappointed

My son left his AirPods in the room. We called and they mailed them back to us. We are pleasantly surprised, and super impressed with their customer service and honesty!
