The staff was super friendly and made checking in quick and easy. The hotel was adorable! The parking was great. The room was very clean, and the beds were super comfy. It had everything we needed for a night's stay.

There were no controls for the AC/heat in the room, so the room went from being cold to very hot! There was no consistency in the room temperature, and there was a lot of noise at night. The volume on the remote didn't work either, so we couldn't have the tv on to cover up the noise. The ice machine was also broken, and we needed ice.

The man at check in was phenomenal. He was so nice . I commented on something cooking smelled so good, and he replied he was cooking chicken. Then he asked if I wanted some and proceeded to bring me a plate full with tasty chicken and home made Naan. It was so good and totally unexpected. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom needs to be updated as the sink and tub were very worn,but I wasn't expecting the Ritz . Great value. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. While the facilities were not exactly luxurious (older, bit of wear and tear), they were clean, well decorated, and comfortable, and they accepted our pets for a modest fee. Also, the overall price was outstanding, and I liked the residential location. We will be staying again. At first, I thought the beds were too soft, but I woke with NO back pain!

The pillows in the beds were too soft to be supportive and the toilets were very low to the ground.

The staff was glad to see us, warmly welcoming, happy to oblige our little needs. Told us what we needed to know. Old time hospitality.

Service was great, newly updated, beds and pillows were very comfortable and room was very large compared to most hotels on our trip. Make sure to dine at M &R Grill!!! It was amazing!

The friendly owner manager has started his American dream in middle America and is renovating one step at a time. My room was tastefully painted and decorated, the bathroom fixtures dated but worked. The bed very comfortable. Located in a quiet, safe area far from an interstate, I got a good nights sleep.

Such a cute roadside motel. has a lot of charm and character. the beds are SUPER soft and I loved it. the manager was kind enough to adjust the temperature to my liking from the office. he also let me in my room when I was locked out in the middle of the night. For the price this was a wonderful stay.

There wasn’t much to “not like”. maybe that it is further away from the highway, however to some that could be a selling point.

A clean room, comfortable bed, excellent parking, very good wifi, great location near downtown. For the price, this is a great value.
