I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was excellent—every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of options that made the mornings even better. My room was very comfortable, spotless, and well-kept, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place.

Pet friendly! Always a plus for us as I have a 95 lbs. GSD service animal. First floor room with a king bed. Well maintained room and bathroom. Lots of towels, shower worked well with good hot water pressure. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows. TV, microwave, and fridge all worked well. Good breakfast with multiple choices from hot scrambled eggs and sausage links to cold cereal and yogurt to bagels and fresh fruit.

Nothing to dislike. The staff was great from check in to check out. Hotel was very quite for a wonderful nights sleep. Lots and Lots of food options close by all within walking distance.

Convenient location. The staff was VERY kind and courteous. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The toiletries were great as we forgot ours at home. We were grateful for the pool that was a bit chilly but the kids loved it.

The breakfast was only OK. There wasn't much variety or healthier options aside from some bruised apples and a tiny orange. The eggs were pretty terrible.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. The location was excellent. Close to the disc golf courses, and walking distance to a Walmart and some restaurants.

The only thing that could use improvement is the breakfast. We were there for 10 days and had the same options every day so a little more variety would have been nice.

Breakfast was ok. The room was very, very clean. The bed was super comfortable. It was our first time staying at a Wyndym property and we were impressed.

The chairs in the room were not suitable for a handicap person. The mechanisms didn't work so it made getting out of the chair almost impossible. Even if the mechanisms worked they would have been hard to get out of. My husband hurt his back when he tried to sit in the desk chair. The soft chair was extremely hard for him to sit in.

Convenient location and price was a good value compared to other local properties that I looked at. Room was OK and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK.

Music was excessively loud (in my opinion) in the lobby at arrival and early the next morning. No towels in exercise room, hand sanitizer there and in the hallway did not work. Room had more deferred maintenance needs than expected.

Safe and clean and quiet...easy access to the hwy, the room by the back door for our pet, lots of fast food restaurants and Wal Mart close to the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was access to a gym and pool. The location was close to the family we were visiting.

When we checked in, we were told about nothing of checkout time, breakfast schedule, times gym/pool were open, or if we needed anything. So, there is a lack of customer service.

Southbound just past a larger Metro area meant no congestion in the AM continuing south/westbound. Nearby walk to Applebees was also nice. Breakfast in AM was good with sausage and eggs and waffles

liked everything about the place for the value.

The mattress probably needs replaced. It was sunken in on both sides. The toilet was not secured to the floor. It rocked when sitting on it. Everything else was great. Super clean. Great staff!
