It close to everything. Place was clean. Breakfast was good.
When we checked in the person at the front desk did not welcome us . He was standing there using the computer and he did not acknowledge us until I said something. He did not tell us any info about our stay . Like what time was check out and hours for breakfast. Gave us our Key and walked away. Until I asked what side of the hotel our room was close to. So we could enter through a side door.

Pleasant reception. Breakfast was a generous selection of options. Linens were nice. Adequate charging for devices. Two comfortable chairs in room.
Very loud vacuum cleaners. Hard water in shower. Caulking in shower shoddy. Our BIG negative was the increase in charge for the second night, a Wednesday. It was not mentioned when I made the reservation online nor when we checked in. I probably will not use booking.com again!!!!

The way the hostess got us side by side as a family and she was able to move my party to another room in no time
There was a wait on Sunday to get breakfast she lady wasn't prepared for big groups to come and it took 15-25 minutes to get more food out only thing that was ready was the waffles.

Rooms did not seem to maintain steady temperature There was evidence of bugs noted a dead possible roach carcass behind bathroom door on 2nd night.
