I didn’t like that Booking.com presented this as a stay at a hotel with a waterpark when the waterpark is actually a separate entity I had to pay for entirely AFTER the fact, which negatively impacted my family’s experience. I feel manipulated as the hotel’s website is clear about the hotel stay NOT including the waterpark admission but booking.com doesn’t say that anywhere AND promotes it as such with the main photo being a photo of the waterpark. 0/10 for booking.com & 9/10 for the hotel!

Hotel staff were very nice and willing to help you out any way that they could.

i know that the hotel just opened but variety at breakfast would have been nice for the amount of days we stayed. the Hampton side was great but the water bay side staff was rude and unkind. They made you feel like you were not welcome since you were staying at the hotel and not just coming to the water park or the gym side.

As always the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hair in my shower, I have white blonde hair , my husband is bald and there was long dark brown hair in our shower. It would be nice if there were 2 extra blankets available instead of just one. I had booked our room through Bookings.com and made a error when selecting our room. We wanted a King on the ground floor. Apparently I had selected a King with sight/hearing accommodations and the clerk was unable to change my room selection. It was my error, I was surprised I couldn't swap rooms although something was available.

The property was very nice. Our room was fine.

The breakfast was a joke… Both waffle machines were out of order, the juice machine was out of order, they didn’t put the coffee in the receptacles, but just had to coffee makers sitting there. There was no serving utensil with the bread and bagels so you had to use a napkin with your fingers. Overall, it was a very big disappointment!!

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and we loved the waffle bar. Water park next door was great. It is not included with the price of the stay but the hotel desk will give you vouchers for discount tickets. My daughter playing in a softball tournament at the Genesis Sports complex, this hotel was right in front of the complex. I would recommend staying at this property for those playing at the fields.

It was close to Tanganyika wildlife park and the water park was attached to the hotel. The staff was great and very friendly.

I didn’t care for the pillows, to big and fluffy. I will bring my own if I stay here again. The water park hours were 11 to 7 on a sat. So if you’re doing anything else in the area it would be hard to do both in the same day. No other swimming pool for kids to swim later in the evening.

Great location for us, above average breakfast, we happened to get a very convenient room; friendly, helpful staff, goof luggage carts.

This facility is connected to a water park. We didn't go to the water park, and the carpet in our room was wet from previous guests. Despite air conditioning, the room kinda smelled like old wet rags.

The breakfast was standard for Hampton. The lady who was supervising/replenishing was very friendly and keeping herself busy refilling and keeping the area clean and inviting.

The shampoo in the bathroom was empty. :( With these dispensers, I can see that it would be a bit more difficult for housekeeping to keep them filled, especially something like shampoo, which bubbles up and seems full when it is not.

Brand new hotel only eight months old. Had the look and smell of a new facility. great facility and attached to a new health club. Also just west of Wichita so traffic in and out was very easy. Somewhat remote. Nice coffee bar available 24 seven and lots of meeting space. Great design staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful as well.

breakfast was pretty mediocre. The shower was weak.

The facility was very clean and offered a variety of areas to relax and enjoy outside of the actual room. The morning breakfast was pretty good - better than many I have had in other hotels. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I can't think of anything. I was very pleased with my one night stay.
