Liked that I have been here 4 times for over 13 nights and it has been consistently awesome! Breakfast is really good. Rooms are extremely clean. Comfortable and overall enjoyable

Petty things like the sensor for tv remote is awkward to aim at and won’t change from all angles till you find sweet spot. In one of the rooms I had the AC was a little loud for my taste. I like the typical AC sound bc it drowns out distracting noises but one of the 4 rooms I had (most recent stay) was slightly louder and whiney but boy did it cool nice on a hot muggy day

I thought, even though it was a little bit older I could see that they’ve remodeled. So it was clean and felt newer. Plus with it being bit older the rooms are much bigger than the newer hotels like The Holiday inn. I like the extra room since It was me, my husband,and three children. The older lady at the front desk when we arrived was extremely sweet and Welcoming. She seemed sincerely, happy that we came to stay.

Just that the elevator seemed to need maintenance. It really jerked a lot when we would get to our floor-then the doors would open.

Nice and close our destination. Most of the staff was friendly and very nice.

I pre-checked in, which is great, however, it meant the late afternoon staff didn’t talk to me other than to hand me my keys. No direction of the elevator, not even a room number. The staff member just handed me my keys and sat back down. Self checkout, again is great but means there’s again no contact between customer and front staff. No, thanks for staying here, no we hope you had a great visit and we hope you return. The online stuff is great but there’s some lack of customer service time. Also, we lost power and there was no one making rounds to ensure everyone was doing ok, nothing even mentioned at all.

Being halfway between my home and my family in Pueblo, Colorado, the location was perfect for me. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the towels were good quality, the refrigerator worked well, and the breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately, the walls are rather thin, and I could hear my neighbors too easily. I had to use earplugs in order to sleep. Also, the drapes do not completely cover the window, so there was too much light in the room.

We were immediately greeted by Linda. She was the sweetest lady and made sure that we had everything we needed. She made sure we knew of places to eat and what she recommended. Everyone we came into contact with was very sweet and accommodating. The staff is exceptional, but you have a true gem in Linda. The bed was so comfortable.

We have no complaints.

I have taken a more hands on approch to selecting my rooms for the future. Traveling from Wisconsin to Arizona I chose Pratt Kansas because if is a low crime easy to get to location and I feel safe in Pratt. I chose the Baymont because of the selection of room beds, I wanted a King bed and the reviews. When I got to the hotel I aske to see the room first to make sure it was "clean" to my expectations. I purchased a black light flash light on Amazon and when I entered the room I left the lights off first and view the carpet, walls, bed and finally the bathroom for stains under the black light. Black light in a dark room will show stains from urine, (pet) and human biological stains and a lack of cleaning. An unvacumed room will show all the contamination that should have been picked up. The bathroom will show stains from human waste and show a lack of cleaning. I can tell all of you that the room was hospital clean. Outsanding. The cleaning staff is top knotch. The bathroom was clean and sanitized, the carpet was free of any stains. I was impressed. I would not hesitate in staying at this hotel again. Great Staff, awesome from desk crew and the breakfast was top knotch. Lastly, tip your cleaning person who services your room. They work hard and when the room exceeds your expectations leave them 2-3 dollars per person as a thank you for their hard work. And how ard is it to leave the room with them towels in the bathroom on the floor after they are used and make their job a little easier. They have a lot to do everyyday, Yours is not the only room they have to clean. And before I forget tip the morning breakfast perparer. They get up much earlier than you so you can have a great breakfast at 6am. A couple of bucks will not break the bank and will show them how much you appreciate their effort to get up early and serve you.

They need to get better quality plastic forks and spoons for the breakfast. They did not do the job. Small beef

We happened upon this great hotel during a cross-country road trip. It had ample parking for our truck hauling a trailer and was in a safe area so we didn't have to worry about it missing through the night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean, comfortable, and a great price.

Unfortunately this will be my last stay probably. I have complained about your exercise room the past 2 times. Need new updated equipment. At least you had water this time but no mats to lay on etc.

location easy to get to. large parking log. Great staff at check in and out. The room were cleaned very well. Clara does an amazing job and really cares. Great options for breakfast and a nice list of local places to eat.

Breakfast was very good.

Our room was ground floor and we could hear everyone walking around above us and doors closing in the hall. However we found that nuisance the same at every facility where we stayed.
