Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was great. Really like this place.

I was surprised and sad that there were no fresh fruit options for breakfast... no oranges, bananas, or apples. Also, didn't see too much in the way of danishes or muffins. Only breads, bagels, make-your-own waffles, and sausage/eggs/ gravy biscuits. Was slightly surprised to come down at 6:30am, and there was no coffee left, so was forced to go back and make it in my room. Also was surprised that there was obviously a bathroom vent, but no switch to turn it on? Also, no switch to turn on bathroom vanity light? But overall, it's a great place, and I'll be back.

The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful!! The facility is newer and very clean. Samantha at the front desk and her son and her son’s friend were so kind and helpful to us. I was helping my father move and driving a 26’ U-Haul truck and pulling a 9’ trailer. It had been a long day, and we were tired. We were having trouble getting parked. They offered to help us out, and we got it parked safely and securely. We were so appreciative of their help and kindness. Thank you for your wonderful staff!

Everything was great!

Modern, clean, nicely furnished, large room with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, for a breakfast included with stay. Good location. Bright room with excellent lighting. For most hotels in this price range it is obvious where they cut corners to save costs. Didn't see or experience that here. A very nice place to stay.

Refrigerator and microwave not plugged in and the outlet hidden behind the dresser. Need to select a different television station for playing in the breakfast area. Half the country finds this channel offensive.

The staff was great and very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The facility was very nice and updated and comfortable, and the location was easy to find and accessible. Our room was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the use of the fitness room.

Housekeeping was a little lax as a requested light was never repaired, nor were our toiletries or coffee in room replaced. There was no wifi acess.

Samantha was so friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond to care for guests. The property and furnishings were very nice. Loved the layout of my king bed room.

The location was very handy. There were many choices of breakfast offerings. Great eggs and sausage! The room was a good size and we were able to use a cart to bring our belongings to the fourth floor through the use of the elevator.

The faucet in our bathroom was a little difficult to use (it was a curved shower pipe that replaced the faucet itself). The heater in our room was very loud and noisy. It woke us up during the night when it came on.

If booking.com could have sent my name info to the hotel instead of my user ID ? Maybe that was my fault , but it was difficult to find my reservation.

The room was very comfortable, clean, decorated well, and kept up.

Both doors to the pool were open, maybe to increase air flow? But it defeated the security of the building. When we left the pool at 10:30 pm the doors were still open and no employee ever came through during the two hours we were in there.

This was probably the only place on our vacation that actually offered a real breakfast. Most places these days are just coffee and packaged pastries. The only thing it was missing was fruit. But that was insignificant. We had yogurt and cereal and bagels and waffles were available, in a real dining area. :)

Breakfast was very good.

The shower handle was loose, I had difficulties getting it turned on temp set and turned off for my wife and I both. Found this out about 10:00 pm, called front desk to have maintenance fix it at 7:15 am next morning. He did not show so I finally got the shower on for my wife. A staff member fixed it after we were done.
