I did like the location and I did like the fact that it was very clean and the staff was very nice. It would have been nice to have a little more breakfast selection maybe more along the lines of a continental breakfast as opposed to Cyril and milk maybe you know that kind of thing. Not much choice right there. But I understand I mean if there's not many visitors then it's no sense going through the trouble of cooking or having more to clean up.

The only problem that I have each time is there's usually one little bitty bar of soap and there's not enough towels this time there was one towel with two floor mats for the shower/ bathtub there was one washcloth. The mattress, well on the left side of the bed the Springs were basically pressing up against the top I guess it's a hybrid and it's an older mattress and it was pressing up towards the top so it wasn't very comfortable and I didn't get it very much sleep. I've started to use that facility when I'm passing through. I mean I like the facility and the people are very nice it's just they might want to consider if it's a king room you may have more than one person and you may need more than one towel. I guess I could have asked for it but I didn't want to disturb.

Roomy. Clean. Accommodating staff. I was pleasantly surprised.. the temperature was good with the AC.. they were very welcoming. There was even a little computer room. 2nd floor provided a small exercise room. There's a clean pool.

"Don't like" would be too strong a term. I was a little disappointed that they haven't started the full breakfast back up, but they did try to please you with what they offer. If there are people outside talking near your window you can hear them clearly. If you can't sleep because of that, you'll struggle--it was pretty late. Housekeeping starts a little early with cleaning and rooms aren't very soundproof.

Staff was very helpful friendly and outgoing. Very quiet and peaceful.

The room itself was good but the bathroom lacked a lot of maintenance and upkeep the toilet had a huge crack in base and the shower was equipment was loose and moving a lot and very much needed dry wall work next to bathtub and in the sink drain was a tip to a insulin pin for a diabetic..

I thought the breakfast could have been more. Facilities were there for it. Everything was clean and people were friendly

Rooms at first 1st one had mold 2nd ac not working well 3rd room was very well froze

THE FRONT DESK SERVICE WAS VERY FRIENDLY ALSO IT WILL BE A PLEASURE TO RECOMMEND MY CLIENT'S TO THIS CLEANS, SPACIOUS, FACILITY FOR A COZY GET AWAY!!!! ESPECIALLY SINCE I'VE EXPERIENCED FIRST HAND AS A TRAVEL AGENT

We travel a bit and the staff there is definitely a 5 star. From the time we checked in and during our stay the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. there’s a great team there and I would stay there again because of the service.

The staff was very kind, helpful, and thoughtful! After a hassle with another hotel, the staff at the Knights Inn were very welcoming and accommodating. Made the remainder of our family trip stress free and relaxing!
