There were a lot of people at breakfast in the morning, but the staff was very attentive in keeping up with putting out more breakfast items. Everyone that came down was able to get something to eat. I been plenty of places where once the breakfast items were gone, they weren't replaced even though there was still hour left to serve. Very impressed with that type of service were a small thing goes a long way. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the AC my room worked. The front desk staff was friendly and very welcoming to all that passed by or checked in.

Could not close curtains to make the room darker. One staff member seemed more interested in their phone than assisting the customer. Asked for an invoice before leaving the property after check out. Was told since it was through a 3rd party that they would provide me with what I need. This was after I had to interrupt them from their phone. Should not matter if it is through a 3rd party. I have booked through 3rd parties before and was still provided an invoice upon check out.

Friendly and helpful staff upon arrival, extremely clean and comfortable room, and nice little touches like the dim bathroom light (my eyes are very sensitive, and no hotel I’ve ever stayed in has had an option for a softer bathroom light—my favorite touch that has me wanting to book only with Fairfields in the future.) The shower in the King room seemed very luxurious with the large walk-in shower and spacious counters. We didn’t use either, but the gym and pool areas were top knotch as well. A wide variety of breakfast offered as well.

Nothing stood out as upsetting.

The check-in clerk was less than cordial and helpful. A Hispanic gentleman standing next to us said she'd be a great prison guard. when we checked in there was a difference in what our reservation quoted and what she was quoting, as to the price. Instead of explaining that the extra would be deducted upon check out if there were no extra charges to the room, she refused to acknowledge me at all except to hand my debit card and license back. The clerk at check-out was terrific and totally explained everything. I might add that she had to explain to quite a few customers.

Everything...the room was fantastic, the beds super comfortable, the entire facility smelled great. Parking was good, location was right where we needed it to easily get back on our journey.

If I had to have a complaint, the hot water decanter was previously used for coffee so it made my wife tea taste funny, other than that it was great.

brought my kids for a nights stay away from home. apparently because i live in the city the hotel is in so was told i had to pay $250 deposit which is ridiculous. as a single mother , i may not have the excess in my account. i will not go back bc of this

It was convenient to the service location that we traveled from.

It seemed understaffed. They ran out of breakfast before 10a and did not refill the food! We checked in late and when we arrived to the room it was stuffy and the a/c was not on! The room had a mild odor that disappeared when we turned on the a/c. There was no extra cover in the room and the comforter on the bed was too short for the beds! The lighting in the room was not enough to help with applying makeup!

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. We liked being on the 1st floor. The receptionist was very helpful, greeted us with a smile right when walking in.

The shower worked well but inside the shower might need a little caulking in the area near the bottom of the shower. There were black areas. Breakfast was okay, could use two waffle irons. The line took a while to get get a waffle.

Mattresses were comfy. Room was well amenitied. Breakfast was great.

Only problem was trying to get the room phone to work when trying to call the desk with a question. Called the outside number -No one answered. Gave up

Staffb waa :nreal nice. It is just the rooms carpet wasn't vacuumed very well also the bathroom counter/ sink could have been wiped down better and floor wasnt mop or swept very well.
