The staff were the Jewels of this facility! All were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and pleasant.

The elevator was broken the whole time(4 days). Was reported to the Manager(possible owner). Not so bad except when you had to drag luggage up and down the stairs. It seemed that it was a normal occurrence. The beds are extremely high(platform, box spring and mattress! Even for my husband who is 6'2. I had to jump and climb to get into the bed.

Alex at the front desk was the best! Customer service really can make our break an opinion and Alex made sure i have the best opinion of this hotel.

There was construction and they had cones so I had to leave another way which confused me and it doesn't take much to confuse me.

Bed was comfortable. They had a mini convience store for snacks if needed. It was conveniently located. The staff was very pleasant And helpful.

Room smelled smoky which is probably why it was left open when I checked it. There was hair in the shower that was not mine. The door jam/lock was not functioning properly. I needed help both times to get into my room. I had issues with the door key. The room was outdated. Paint chipping, mirror and cabinet pulls were rusted.

There was no continental breakfast.

The carpet had a red Stain on it and all night i wonder if it was someone's blood. How could they give a room with such a large stain on the carpet?

clean the place more and remove the smells, carpet might have done its time

Spacious suite with friendly front desk staff. Comfy queen bed and linens.

Wish the bathroom had ventilation, so things did not get rusty.

Good value. All the extra amenities you don't normally get with a regular hotel like a full sized frig, stove, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, etc.

Not a lot. CW is one of 2 hotels in town that I usually stay.

The bed was so comfortable. It was step up well for what you need. I loved the shower! It had great water pressure (some you can barely feel the water...not this one) I will stay again!

The only draw back was...you didn't know who the staff was. No uniform shirts or name tags.
