The entrance to the hotel was clean, warm and inviting. The staff were very courteous and friendly on each shift. The Inn was free of tobacco and there was no smell of smoke in or around the property. The room was neat and clean. The bed linens and towels were clean. The floor was clean.

Everything was wonderful. I have no complaints about this Inn or the stay. It was of great quality for the price. I will frequently use this location for my stays. I have no complaints at all about LaQuinta by Wyndham at Alexandria Airport.

The look…

The water pressure…. And upon checking in the host told me it was a $100 incidental fee which was the usual at every hotel. But to say please don’t get towels dirty because they are extra expensive if I want to get my fee back. She went on to say that people leave brown spots as well as makeup on towels. Excuse me!!! That was a negative. I rarely use hotel towels due to them having brown spots on them. I stop at the nearest retail store and purchase my own. But what am I paying them for if I have to watch for streaks on towels. So really!! Smh!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed linens and bathroom were clean. Floors were clean. Room had a nice refreshing look. It was well decorated with a relaxing look. I highly recommend this Inn for myself and others.

Everything was great! Cleanliness, friendly staff, good breakfast and seating area for eating was nice and clean. The decor was nice. I have no complaints about this Inn. I look forward to my next stay and highly recommend this LaQuinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham.

The customer service that I received during my stay let me know that I was valued and cared about as a guest . Miss Bernadete went over and beyond to accommodate me during my stay.

I cannot say that I would change anything about this facility. The genuine hospitality that you receive at this location you will not find anywhere anywhere else.

The breakfast was not up to what it use to be. There was a breakfast meat item. However this time it was only on Sunday. The yogurt ran out and some the banana were rotten

The least thing was the breakfast. I was surprised that you would charge an early check in fee. I think this an over charge in excessive fee for some traveler.

Front desk attendant was the the nicest person. He made sure that every time he seen us he spoke and made sure we didn't need anything. He made sure to tell us to call down if we needed anything at all.

Hot tub jets were not all working and temperature was warm instead of hot. But still relaxing. Back door behind the front desk area to the main building did not shut properly. Anyone could walk in without a key.

They had hot coffee all day. The bed was comfortable. Nice hotel. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was missing some items that I expected, like fresh fruit and scramble eggs or egg omelets. There were only boiled eggs. The cereal was a generic brand, which was not good. I was told they would bring me more towels but didn't, so I had to make do with the few that I had. That was not the idea situation. Next time, I will get the towels i need early. Everything else was fine.

Easy access easy to find

Not enough Handicap parking.. we booked online at $77. Plus some cents but when we checked out our printout was $108 and some cents. So I called and was given a run around..we travel that area a lot but I’ll defiantly look into other motels.. don’t like to be DUPED… just disappointed with that. It never happened before. And we are a Reward customer and never got points the last two stays.

I liked the really clean and modern lobby along with the room we stayed in. Stocked with better toiletries than most hotels. Really cold ac was great.

The paint was peeling off the wall in the elevator and wall was scuffed up. As soon as we came off the elevator on the 3rd floor we were hit with a massive wave of hot air from the laundry room right next to the elevator. The breakfast wasn’t great. We left and went to McDonalds.

Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The location is great to all parts of Alexandria. The room was stocked with everything we needed, and it was clean, as well as spacious. It was quiet. The price was fair for our room.

My husband and I are both over 65 and there was no non-slip surface in the shower, which for us was very uncomfortable.
