I slept too hard and did not wake up in time for breakfast. I did not hold that against the hotel. My bed was just too comfortable so I did not mind sleeping in. The hotel is located conveniently along side of the highway, so there was no chance in getting lost.

At the pool area there were bugs/insects in the pool We asked for a strainer (i don't know the proper name of the device you use to sweep bugs out of the pool). The staff informed us the maintenance's equipment door was locked, therefore they could not assist us in getting the bugs out of the pool. Just to be clear, the water inside of the pool was clean, the entire pool area was clean. It was just the fact that bugs had flown into the water as we swam.

Very nice staff, they were very polite and eager to help.

Let’s face it, Eunice Louisiana is not a destination, it’s where you stop for a night on the way to somewhere else. The town itself has little to offer. But that’s not the fault of the local staff nor of the Best Western brand. As a place to get a bed for the night, this hotel is actually quite satisfactory.

Nice. Good location. Lawn is well kept. Friendly front desk staff. Loved the separate area with second sink.

The floors in the bathroom and entry into the room need a deep cleaning. Look bad.

Close to the venue. Convenient. Economical.

The pillows; the fragrance of the cleaners; a little musty

nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff helped out with all of my needs. The staff had smiles on their faces when they greeted me. I felt real comfortable there.

The pricing was the key feature. It is an older motel but with that aside, location was excellent, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable (the pillows were 1/2 sized, but we always bring our own where ever we go), staff was very friendly.

The only thing I can say was the vending machines were out of almost everything but, like I said it’s an older motel and there are convenience stores a few blocks away.

Not enough parking for the amount of rooms an a full night if you come in late but had a shell lot next door that was able to be used

Everything was good except .. the only problem was there were dead crickets behind the restroom door....

All the staff where amazing Location was the best Rooms where nice and cozy everything u need all around the motel location

The family above us that where so loud and them Kidd's keep running and jumping slamming doors just could not sleep my disabled.mother was so upset with that

just an overnight and not too much time in the room but LOVED the staff, so friendly and accommodating. we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast and a few great spots to eat nearby.
