Had to request extra towels as there was only one of each size and we were 3 people, with a reservation. No shampoo, blow dryer, coffee pot in room, grab bar in shower. When we requested towels, she didn’t know if they had any. There was no breakfast, but we knew that in advance. The pool was functional however, and the room was clean and they did allow pets. No lightbulb in desk lamp.

It was newly renovated , absolutely the most affordable option of all the lodging in the surrounding area. the front desk staff especially , were light years beyond kind , courteous , and professional ! Now, keep in mind , thats consistent, first class service from 3 different agents , each individually assisting us throughout the duration of our stay . house keeping ? impeccable. The updated rooms were surprisingly quite nice , certainly as fancy as you would ever need and hope to find and better than ANY other option in its class , more channels than you can adequately browse through in a week , all on an enormous flat screen tv, accompanied by a brand new microwave and a “full size” refrigerator.

If anything , the water could have been a little hotter , but our stay was during some of the hottest recorded temperatures in the history of the state of Louisiana, so don’t confuse this statement as any form of complaint.

We arrived late in the evening. Mrs/Ms Delysa in the office was very friendly, smiling, and answered our questions about local place to eat that were still open at that hour. When we checked out the next morning, she was already in the office again and just as the night before, she was very friendly and smiling. We were very impressed with her customer service and friendliness.

Room was perfect for our stay had a full size fridge which was very much needed bathrooms a little small but still great and clean

Housekeeping never came to service our room we had to throw out our trash and bring our towels out and call for new ones everyday

The location of the hotel is somewhat isolated. However, we did not have any issues with any crime or anything.

Work was being done on the outside of course but they need to make a better parking arrangement for them selves because me myself I had to go park on the other side in order for me to get in and out.

I like when I booked my room the hotel clerk that was working that night was real good. If I had my own business she would be on my payroll.

Nothing the stay and customer service was awesome. I will be staying at motel 6 in Opelousas again

Rooms are very spacious in large, very clean. Full size refrigerators in room were very nice to have, especially for extended stays. Very quiet and safe location

It's in a great location. It's clean and comfortable. It's pet friendly. The staff are great. My kids love the pool.
