The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome especially the lady that set up and tended to the breakfast each morning. Also Our toilet seat was broken. After reporting it, it was quickly repaired.

I was not informed that the property was being refurbished. In the description of the property at some point it did say there was an indoor pool but there was not one.

The room was lovely and spacious. Hotel very convenient off I-10. Close to good food I'm sure the lobby area will be exceptional once the remodel is done.

The lobby was still being remodeled so the smell of paint was a bit strong. However, Jared did put us on the 4th floor so we wouldn't be bothered by it.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and easy to have my suitcase available without taking bed or sofa space.

The breakfast area was mostly great, but one morning too many people, no seating space and coffee was empty. I know it is difficult to keep up when there is a crowd though.

One of the nicest hotels ever! Awesome breakfast, very friendly hostess and front desk staff. Night lady came to our room to fix the TV! Snacks in room- even hummus and fruit in frig- never seen that before! SO kind!

It was easy check in, clean facilities, and a comfortable stay! All of the employees were very nice!

Nothing was to complain about, the place is being renovated so there is limited parking but that is to be expected

It was convenient location and my room was clean but upon arrival the guest did not greet me and wasn't welcoming and the trash downstairs was full in the lobby but I would still recommend the hotel or stay again if I had too.

The staff were wonderful, Ashley and Eldon were welcoming and Ashley was kind and efficient when she checked me out. The beds were clean, so was the bathroom. The breakfast was very good. I had a good stay.

Not much to complain about. It was a nice room for one night.

We couldn’t log into the Pelton. Bed and bathroom vanity are too high for me.

No laundry..for that amount of money we should of had a laundry service or room

The property was clean perfect the staff was helpful she helped me through the hiccups that booking site put me through. Clean safe lit location. Very clean environment.
