Rooms were great, clean and housekeeping visited daily providing fresh towels, coffee, water and removing trash. Shuttle was available quickly.

No breakfast or comp for breakfast. Was told we couldn't use the pool closed at sun down.

The staff was courteous and helpful and friendly.

The entry underneath the doors was very dirty. I suppose the room around the base boards could use a good cleaning or some fresh paint. I k own that may sound finicky but I think an entry needs to present a good impression.

Very close to the casino Clean! The pool was nice and clear, no people, no bugs, no hair balls.

The room did not get cold I went to bed at midnight, it was kinda warm we turned the ac down. I woke up at around 5 am and had the back of my neck sweaty not what I want to wake up to. (Def not alcohol either, my partner nor I drink)

Nice for location and price. Stuff was very good and helpful. Front desk was very helpful and great.

Dream pool had too many people . Employees couldn't control the crowd . Kids jumping in and out of pool. Pool also closed early . It was one of the reasons we took the kids. Was a little disappointing but it was a holiday.

I would have preferred staying in the casino hotel, but they do not allow my ES dog. I am disabled and need to use a mobility scooter. I had to go across the parking lots to go to the casino, which I could do if raining or cold.

Breakfast was fabulous! The Staff was wonderful and very helpful! I had a service dog with me, and the staff was very accommodating :) I also asked for an extra chair in my room and got one brought up immediately! I thank the staff for a wonderful stay! Had a view of the pool :)

Room could have been a bit cleaner - there was some trash between bed and nightstand.

The convenience , location and it was clean.

I was not a fan of the unleashed pit bull running around, as I am afraid of those dogs. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but the dog was literally running in the hall, without a leash and I screamed .

Everything was great! It was very quiet and relaxing during our 2 night stay during the week. The hotel pool was very clean and kept up. We all had a great time at the water park and lazy river. The shuttle service was very active with no big waiting time.

Breakfast is until 10am daily but on Monday morning it was 9:50 AM and the manager started shutting down the breakfast while a family was trying to help themselves to the food my husband told her it was not 10 AM but the manager told my husband that it was her hotel and she can shut it off when she wants to she asked my husband not to mettle in her business she was very rude she also said that it was her hotel which we know that it was not she was just the manager.
