If you're going to the Coushatta Casino and book a room at the American Inn, you're not going to find The Grand Hotel. What you WILL FIND is a family operated inn with the friendliest and most accommodating people you could hope for. I wanted to check in early (not get into my room early) and simply asking for assistance immediately gave me three family members willing to do whatever they could. My room was remarkably clean and the bed was very comfortable. When checking out, the staff offered to get me the same room on any next visits should I wish. The Inn is relatively close to The Coushatta and access to parking was available right in front of my door. I recommend and I will return!

There was only one little bar of soap. I think there should have at least been two; one for the bathroom and one for the sink to wash your hands

This place was very clean and the ac worked great.

Couldn’t work the remote for tv plus not enough plugs for phones to charge.

No breakfast..room was clean and comfortable.a little old, but taken care of.

Maybe a little up dating, but if your just looking for a good place for the night, this is it.

The location was very quiet and had all I needed for a weekend away to relax.
