The staff is, as always, attentive and kind. We had a problem on our way in, and it was a huge relief to know that at least the end of the day was going to be pleasant. I also deeply appreciate that there isn't an extra fee for my dog. The beds are comfortable, the rooms clean, and the parking generous. What more could I ask for?

There's simply nothing to dislike about this place. Don't let Google Maps run you through town if you're towing, that's stressful even though Hammond is cute as all get out, and the hotel is RIGHT off 55.

The entire facility was surprisingly clean and neat. My room, while not fancy, was clean and well maintained and all of the appurtenances were properly supplied. I was looking for a basic clean and comfortable room with adequate features and was pleased with what I found. Especially good was the ample supply of AC outlets and even a USB charging port on the night table, so I could recharge my phone and others and, most importantly, plug in my CPAP machine. Finally the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Smells very clean , it’s actually clean in the room I had 103! Handicap room big and very comfortable nice location very quiet throughout the hotel very calm place the outside as stated by another customer yes is a lil bit on the questionable side but the time you walk through the door the front office is squeaky clean and smell like fabuloso! lol but I love the fact they don’t have carpet that’s a plus and the sheets are actually white instead of off white! The soap is organic and very nice !!!! Over all thank you!

That the washers are $2.50 and very small I had to make 3 loads out of a load of clothes ! But I made a way !!!! Get bigger washers….

Cold AC, comfortable beds, great water pressure

There was glass in the parking lot when we arrived which we racked up into a pile. Advised the front desk person. Eventually it was swept up. The pool was nasty so if you’re planning a trip hoping to swim, go elsewhere. Water is dark green with trash floating in the water. Breeding ground for mosquitos.

I like the clean, white, soft towels on the first day.

After cleaning the room the next day, I had dinge, hard, stained towels. Also, my key did not work. I had to carry my bags with me to the office to report. With no problem, she gave me another key without any questions. This was strange and has never happened ever.

Everything was great. Clean room comfy bed and felt safe.

The only complaint we had was there was a weird smell in the room like a strong chemical but we brought febreze so we just used that. It went away the first day I'm not sure if it was a cleaning product but it was STRONG and not a good smell.

Excellent location, exceptional staff &. çleañliness. We booked a HC room for my current mobility needs - had a little difficulty getting into the bed (it sits higher than mine) but was very comfy once I got in! We will book again while on our way back from FL.

Height of bed in HC room - difficult to get on it if you are getting out of a wheelchair - too high 😵‍💫😳

I liked the accommodations and location. I had my pet and the area where I walked her was right across from my room. I plan to use this hotel each time I travel to Hammond, which is about once a month. The room seemed to be secure and sound proof as I heard nothing after retiring.

There was nothing I didn't like about the room. The only thing I could say is that I didn't like was that I only had one night to stay there. Oh, the water temperature could have been a little hotter but that is my personal preference.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Location was great for us as we were visiting relatives nearby. The hotel was comfortable and a good price. We stayed a second time as we were happy with our first visit.

Love the new setup with the soap, shampoo, etc. The beds were super soft, but if you're like me with a bad back, it's not firm at all. Other then that, I really enjoyed my stay
