Ever since someone local to Natchitoches recommended this facility for service and price many years ago, we have consistently stayed here whenever we are in town. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful.

Not that I didn't like it, but it would have been nice to have an option for vegan/vegetarian breakfast choice. But it did have breakfast included, so for that I can hardly complain.

Great location, staff was friendly and exceptional. The hotel was very clean and smelled great rooms were very well maintained, Would definitely recommend and also stay here again!

Bacon would have been better than pork links otherwise nothing wrong with the property.

The breakfast bar was adequate for our needs. The ones that ate pancakes were delighted with the automatic pancake maker. Check in was easy.

There was no decaf coffee available in the breakfast area. Our room had a distinctive odor that was not pleasant. The treadmill did not work at all and it was plugged in. When I went to front desk for help, there was no response (no one was there).

Good breakfast. Front desk persons were very friendly and efficient. There was an elevator to the upper floors. Room was comfortable.

It is obvious that this is an older motel. Commode leaked.

The room was clean and smelled really good and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was on point. I love this hotel because it's close to NWSU.

At this time I can't think of anything because i always enjoy my stay here.

Convenient location off Interstate 49, friendly staff and fulfilled my request to have a room on the ground floor.

This is a smoking property. While my room was non-smoking as requested, the smell of smoke in the hallways was a real turnoff.

Easy access to restaurants and location to destination

Had only one person for the Check In process and had to wait in line for 20 minutes.

I liked the Continental breakfast, and the convenience of my room and car being pretty close

The price was a bit steep for the fact that the pool was closed

Walls too thin.in rooms.Couod hear the folks next door snoring. Beds could be more firm.Overall it was a pleasant stay. Will stay again.
