I've stayed at this property on quite a few occasions over about 15 years. It is convenient and affordable for me. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me.
I needed two rooms with one of them being non-smoking, and got my confirmation just to learn that only smoking rooms were available through this program. However, i got a call from the property to tell me that only one room was confirmed. The desk clerk was very helpful in getting me checked into a nonsmoking room that still fit my budget, but I was already traveling so this could have been a big problem due to smoke allergies!

The beds were super comfortable and close to NSU wheee my daughter will attend school.
They did not have an elevator but hey walking stairs was good for me.

We were charged a deposit that was supposedly to be refunded up on check out but was never returned.

I didn’t like the knock I received on the door asking if I was checking out. It was before check out time.

Everything was clean and had a place we could park our mobile shop.
No elevator and there was no stopper so we could soak in the tub

The GM and the young lady that fixed our reservation.
The Moron that was yelling on the phone telling us he cancelled our reservation for nonpayment. Which was a lie. I think he/she needs to take customer service or anger management classes.

Great location at a very reasonable price.
There was a smell when you first entered the room, maybe from someone smoking previously but it was not over powering.

Can't remember his name I think he just started working there the guy was nice and helpful.
Always having a problem with the socket near the hair dryer for my curling iron it always comes out when I get ready to use it.
