It was very quiet and peaceful. Chaz was a gem. She answered all our questions and gave good suggestion on restaurants.

All was good except the refrigerator froze my ALL my food including my lettuce in Room 119.

The beds were super comfortable and close to NSU wheee my daughter will attend school.

They did not have an elevator but hey walking stairs was good for me.

I've stayed at this property on quite a few occasions over about 15 years. It is convenient and affordable for me. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me.

I needed two rooms with one of them being non-smoking, and got my confirmation just to learn that only smoking rooms were available through this program. However, i got a call from the property to tell me that only one room was confirmed. The desk clerk was very helpful in getting me checked into a nonsmoking room that still fit my budget, but I was already traveling so this could have been a big problem due to smoke allergies!

The GM and the young lady that fixed our reservation.

The Moron that was yelling on the phone telling us he cancelled our reservation for nonpayment. Which was a lie. I think he/she needs to take customer service or anger management classes.

Great location at a very reasonable price.

There was a smell when you first entered the room, maybe from someone smoking previously but it was not over powering.

Location was good and staff was great! Room was a little outdated but still cozy and comfortable!
