The place is one of those old, sprawling roadside motel. It's a good, relatively inexpensive flop for those traveling through the area. Staff is earnest and eager to please, so I'm hoping they continue to improve the joint and I'll think of staying there again.

I'm fairly certain many places in the Northeast are facing issues with "moisture" this year. I was too tired, and just needed to get some rest, to insist on another room. But a non-stop dehumidifier running in the room was "sub-optimal." As was needing to run the A/C onna fifty-some-odd degree night. But there are no lingering side effects, so all is well. Walls are kinda thin, so pick your spot carefully.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet even with people above us. The heater worked great thank goodness because it was very damp and rainy out. All and all it was a good sleep. We love the lamps wish we could find one forhome. I am a reader and usually keep my husband awake but the lamps had a reading light built in, never saw one before.

Bathroom is a little small. Could of had a bigger refridge. Had coffee maker with coffee,creamer and suger but no cups. Refridge was warm but once I started looking sround realized it was unplugged so plugged it in then it was fine.

if you want a motel, not a hotel, that is well located, affordable, quiet, in a lovely village, walking distance from cafés and stores and antique shops, near lake, with huge free on-site parking, and centrally located between Worcester and Amherst for college visits, with a huge flatscreen TV, in-room coffee and a microwave and fridge, this is the perfect place. The furnishings are not modern but the room was clean, the people who owned it are very nice and helpful, the king size bed was extra wide and the bathroom nice and large including a tub as well as a shower. I don't like fancy hotels that require you to haul your baggage from a huge distance or park on the street, I would much rather have a Quiet family run motel where my car is just steps from the door and I can bring in food and snacks and have a dang refrigerator to keep them in! I am coming back for another 10 days in a week. this place would also be perfect for a family who needs economical but practical accommodations. As a solo female traveler I felt totally safe. Love the little village around it. it's very close to a confluence of freeways in Massachusetts so it was easy on-easy off the fwyto head to Worcester, Boston, Springfield, Hartford CT and through the woods to Amherst. But still mellow & quiet.

Furnishings and bedspreads could be updated but that really does not concern me.

Great location, super quiet. There was a really soft blanket on the bed that was so comfortable. Accommodations were reminiscent of places that I stayed when I was much younger. This was a great place to sleep after a long night on the road. Appreciated having a drop box for super easy checkout. The desk clerk was very accommodating and helpful at check in. Ample parking.

Even though it was a non-smoking room, there was still a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. There were drain flies or some sort of other flying insect when I first arrived in my room, which were slightly annoying.

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Really above and beyond. The room was really well furnished for a budget place: iron, microwave, some storage space, nice TV. It was very affordable compared to any other nearby options. Great to have parking right in front of the room, given that it poured the day we got there.

The motel is clearly a little bit old, which wasn't a problem for us, but I don't think I would book it for a client or interviewee, for example.

The staff here is really good and each room I've stayed in was different but nice in its own way. They are always nice people, pretty sure they are family owned. We had a problem with our bathroom & they helped us out with it.

Sometimes people can be a bit odd next door, but otherwise it's fairly quiet and really good for the price.

I love staying here! Rooms are large w comfortable chairs, dining table , fridge and microwave in the room. Location is so convenient . I love to pop into town and go to the new Cumberland farms. Great coffee and breakfast, treats, pizza, and more.

The property is lovely. Roses and other florals , big lawn and pine trees!

I love the peacefulness. I enjoyed my self, The staff was great and room service was really good. The room was super clean and comfortable. I have actually stayed here multiple times, t he te how much I love it!!!

Great place to stay , especially for the price. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. Close to the interstate, so we didn't have to start too far from our route. We left too early to have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. No complaints!

convenient location, excellent customer service, quiet. pet friendly, which is a plus bc not many people travel with cats…we have 2. I had no issue paying the extra $25 per cat per night. I was able to add on another night without any problems.

Overall it needs updating. The room was on point with the cost. I added a nights stay and that rate was much higher than the one night I booked on booking.com. The higher rate was too much for the room. I did my own cleaning because of the cats, so I have no opinion of the housekeeping.
