Facility was newer and more upscale than the Holiday Inn Express in nearby Ludlow where we usually stay. The room was very spacious with very new furniture and kitchenette equipment. The bathroom was first class, too.

The breakfast the first morning was not good. All the breads were stale and as hard as rocks. You needed a hammer and chisel to break apart an English muffin. The warm foods had obviously been prepared hours in advance; and there not being many customers it could tell it had been sitting for a long time. The juice machine would not work. I turned out that an interior switch had not been turned on. I opted for cereal the second morning and the muffins were soft.

Breakfast was ok but they had no bacon I was looking forward to. It was only 2 hours into the 4 hours of breakfast and out of bacon asked them for some and was told they didn’t have any more. We finished and went back to room to check out and when we went by the breakfast area to check out I saw bacon when I was told they didn’t have any more. By then it was too late we were going out the door. Not happy !!

Honestly, this was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for this price range. It was exceptional. We booked a king suite. The hotel and all of the room was very, very clean. It smelled really pleasant, as well. The bed was ridiculously comfortable with 4 pillows (2 soft and 2 firm). There were dove products in the bathroom (lotion, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner). There was a shade that could be pulled down that left the room pitch black, so that was lovely. There was a nightlight type light switch in the bathroom for those middle of the night bathroom trips. We only stayed overnight, but it was perfect. The location was also great as it is right off of the highway. So easy to and from Boston (we were in the city for a concert). Lots of parking and electric vehicle charging stations. Check-in and check-out were very seamless. Would 100% stay here again.

Young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The location was great for interstate travel. The building and room had a very new appearance and feel.. Panerai bread across the parking lot was a good option for a late, light dinner. The breakfast was excellent, choice of scrambled eggs or vegetarian omelet, 2 sausage types, amongst other options. Also breakfast was ready at 6 AM, allowing for an early departure.

The sink didn't drain well, and the tub stopper didn't work. We were able to plug the tub and allow it to retain water. An individual in an adjacent, or nearby room was screaming profanities for an extended period. Luckily it stopped around 10 pm and no action was required ( not the fault of the hotel)

Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was great , it included hot items, except they were cool . Room was clean and very comfortable. Quiet halls and rooms. I had to reschedule dates twice and it was so easy!

I was so impressed breakfast included warm foods, eggs, bacon, even hot cinnamon rolls along with traditional continental breakfast items. Sausage and eggs were cold but that’s the only slight negative in the whole visit.

The room met our expectation. We liked the reception staff most of all. They were very friendly and responsive during our entire stay. They were there to create the right mood, decorate the place for the happy occasions!

We did not like seeing the pool not maintained for the entire stay. We did not like the repetition of the breakfast for the entire stay.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. There was some renovation going on, but it didn't matter to us as we were there one night and didn't use the facilities. Bed was comfy, room was fine.

Breakfast was *ok* compared to other chains. TV stations lacking. All USB outlets loose and wouldn't stay connected.

The location was perfect to go to Old Sturbridge Village. Breakfast was plentiful and good as always. Maybe, you could consider adding Fage Greek Yogurt and honey with granola, as a breakfast option.

The decor always seems a little dated in the rooms, but it was clean and comfortable. I really can't think of anything else that was negative.

Amazed at the way the breakfast area was kept full and clean at all times. Heather was working at that time. We were there a whole week, and she was nothing short of amazing at her job. She kept all items available, and I watched as she would stir the oatmeal so a coating would not form on top. This would keep it appealing for anyone who wanted it at any time. And, also, the heating trays with eggs and etc...were always full and looking appetizing...muffins and bread were moved to the front if a space was there....counter was kept clean always. Could not ask for a nicer person to visit with first thing in the morning. And although it was busy at times, she could socialize for a short while and still not be delinquent in her duties.

I have no complaints at all. Just more compliments.... Shaun greeted us every time we came back from our outings with family. The nicest man...always friendly. And Kelly worked on our room, always with a smile and a "have a nice day" greeting. Occasionally we would stop and talk with her. Loved her kind, professional energy. And our room was always spotless after she cleaned it.
