Check in was easy, room a decent size, quiet. Located in a good spot for what we were doing that weekend. Reception area was huge, smelled and looked clean and tidy.

You have to walk quite a far from the check in to thw rooms. Corridors were a little dirty on the carpeting.

Very nice property. Only 20 minutes from Downtown. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly.

A little overpriced. Plumbing wasn’t very good. Cleaning lady was knocking on our door like an hour before checkout which was a little annoying.

The room was a great size. The bed and sofa were comfy. The tv was big for an hotel and I liked that we had a mini fridge in the room, that was a nice surprise!

Disappointed in the pool and hot tub area. It didn’t look look well maintained and there were no pool towels. I was also disappointed in the size of the pool as well. With that big of a hotel the pool should be much larger. I also didn’t realize there were no food options around the area even for late night snacks.

The breakfast selection was pretty good.

My husband wanted a bagel and there were none. I wish the food was a little warmer. Also, I prefer the do it yourself waffle iron.

Comfortable and clean with friendly, helpful staff

There were children running around the property, riding the elevators for fun, and one even pulled the fire alarm.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very kind and helpful, the room was nice, and I loved the fountain.

Free cookies, great staff with amazing attitudes.

The long wait but that’s only because it’s a good hotel

The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice selection of hot and cold foods. The servers were courteous and made you feel welcome.
