Front desk staff was very helpful with any questions that I had and resolved any requests that I had willingly and promptly. The included breakfasts were very convenient, were ready early in the morning and of good quality.

The daily rate was a little on the high side. The location was a little farther than I had anticipated from downtown Detroit, where most of my activities were, though that is my fault for not researching a little further (there were some close by stores that were convenient, though)

Overall the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Only a 10 minute drive to The Henry Ford.

There was 1 huge design flaw for a rm meant for up to 6 people, an opaque glass bathroom door right in front of the 2 beds. Couldn’t turn bathroom light on without waking others up.

The lady who worked the front desk, Rion, was amazing. She was exceptionally nice and compassionate. Rion did her best to help everyone who needed it. Whether it be checking in/out, needing additional linens, or even trying to help customers with maintenance issues.

There were a lot of kids unsupervised and running up & down the hall Saturday evening which made it difficult to fall asleep.

The selection of choice was good. I enjoyed the coffee and availability of water to fill reusable containers was nice. I liked the fact you had a pool. I thought the room was ver large, comfortable.

The only thing I did not like at breakfast was the quality of the scrambled eggs. In the room, the air conditioner cycles on and off frequently making it difficult to fall asleep.

Everything went very well; front desk was more than outstanding.

Was supposed to have 2 double beds in one of the rooms. This did not happen. One room people had to move 2 times before got a room that was all right. Nothing drastic.

Clean, new build, friendly staff, extremely helpful. Naya checked us in and was very friendly, and courteous. The manager, I can’t remember his name was very helpful with getting us information for some local food services, and knowledgeable about the area to help avoid construction when getting around.

Only complaint is the pool area is a little small, and it was too cold for me, but the kids loved it.

Easy to find, good location, very clean and quiet.

There were quests on our last night that were being very loud, but the front desk called my room 2 times and woke me up because someone complained about the noise from the other quests. I was not happy about the phone call to the wrong room!

The location was close to the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. Food was close by.

Water pressure in the shower was terrible. They had an electric charging station for cars but nowhere was it listed on their website. We did not bring our electric vehicle because we thought that there was no charger nearby.

Breakfast was fabulous. That was the most important part of my day. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant.

What I didn't like about the facility. In the smoking rooms you can smell the weed smoke in the always early in the morning. Cigarette smoke is one thing weed smoke is another.

Everything mainly employees
