Infrastructure was a bit out dated but the rooms were upgraded a bit. Some of the rooms with double beds look dark probably because of the paint. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Microwave was a big bonus. The room with king bed was very spacious.

Bathroom was a bit rusty on the sides. AC was confusing because there was a panel on the wall but also there was an another AC by the window. The AC works but it takes so long for it to cycle back when on auto which makes the room too warm.

We drove for a while to get there and we got there around 1130 pm, there is no one at the front desk, everyone went out for a smoke break. we waited for almost 15 mins for someone to show up with my 7 yr old in the car. No sorry no nothing when they came back.

The property was phenomenally clean. The staff was extraordinary, helpful. The room was gorgeous and clean. I will definitely be staying here when I come to Michigan.

I cannot answer this question because everything was great. They went over and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I did not like giving us a ground floor room. The room was a bit dark. The staff could have been more friendly.

I have stayed at this property previously and the location is great for the things I want to do and see. Close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, with easy access and parking. It was quiet, super comfortable, and the staff were all very attentive and caring.

I would have liked for the hot water to be a bit hotter than it was. It was nice and relaxing to shower, and got the job done, but with winter temperatures I was looking for a little more heat!

The staff were all excellent. Good job, Tee, Alex, the other front desk girls & guys, breakfast attendant, housekeeping staff. A very clean, comfortable, spacious facility. I'll definitely be back.

We had a queen suite. Unfortunately it was over the front entrance and so it was noisy. People outside at 3 am, guests pulling up with radios blaring, pulling away with tires screeching. The room itself was quiet, the forecourt was not.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn location at Dearborn, MI. The staff was very hospitable, the rooms were clean and the overall ambience was great!

Staff, Omar at the front desk was very courteous and helpful; Anisa made a delicious hot breakfast and the cinnamon rolls were a great surprise on a week day! It was a very quiet location.
