The desk attendants were friendly and were willing to assist with directions and got me a wine opener. The hotel is new or recently upgraded. The furniture and decorations are clean and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. There were many choices with omelets being a welcome choice. The breakfast attendant kept the food replenished and tidied the area as needed.

The lighting is terrible in the rooms. Now that alternative light bulbs are available and cost effective, there should not be a need to find outdoor lighting to match socks or determine the color of the slacks.

Breakfast was good, there is a good variety of stuff to choose from. The location was good, far enough away from the main road to not hear all the added noise. Brenda was amazing and very accommodating.

While I was there when I came back from going out one time there was a staff member on their phone in the lobby not paying attention to who was coming through the back door on the patio area. That is rather concerning to me even though you need a room key to get in that way. Also, to be very honest in my opinion after sleeping on my Purple mattress and the sleeping on their mattress it wasn't very comfortable.

It was a reallly great stay. The staff was very kind, the room was spacious. And in the morning after breakfast pool was empty and the kids had a lot of fun. Enough parking spaces and close to the Ford museum. Breakfast had great choices. I appreciate very much that the responsible lady asked every one if one still wants something before she closed the breakfast buffet.

As European one usually wonders about the disposable tableware in many hotels in North America, also in this one. But we bring our own camping tableware from home, so waste can be prevented by every guest on his own.

Location was close to Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield village about 5 minutes away. Building looked fairly new inside and out. They had a nice selection of breakfast, hot and cold foods, pancakes, fruit, juice, yogurt. As something for everyone. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. They also have a selection of the food items you can microwave. We didn't use this, but seemed handy if you would rather not leave for dinner. The front desk area was nice and the employees were pleasant. We would stay again if in the area.

They have a policy where they charge you a $50. ( Just be aware) Deposit for damages that isn't refunded for 10 days. I know this is a corporate policy. I just don't like it. I understand why it is in place,

This is a nice hotel located in a convenient and safe area in Allen Park. The location is also a short drive to Detroit. The breakfast was good with a variety of options, and the staff was friendly. Note: I would consider staying at this property in the future.

There were a few minor things that could have been better in our room such as the toilet handle was old, the wall by the light switch in the bathroom was poorly repaired, and there was a stain on the shower floor. I also brought this to the attention of management to address.

I have been coming to this hotel for the last 3 years & when ever I run into an issue & bring it to the attention of the staff they are on top of it regardless of what it is . Sam is beyond amazing. Brenda the GM is pretty cool & very accommodating IF the situation allows her to be. Sondra (sorry if I got her name wrong) worked the 3rd shift 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, she was very respectful and professional. The breakfast is very good. The variety is pretty accommodating to everyone.

Denise is extremely unprofessional and in my opinion needs to go. Why would you want someone who's on there phone at work gossiping about someone that's standing right next to her while they are doing their job very professionally I might add. Sam is absolutely amazing and deserves a raise. The housekeeping staff is good at cleaning, but they like to gossip by the elevator and in the hallway before check out (11:00 am) & some just drag there feet getting the job done.

We especially liked how clean & modern it was. Staff was excellent & friendly! Breakfast was good. We traveled to go to The Henry Ford Museum/Greenfield Village & the location was spot on! Very convenient - perhaps a 10-minute drive. The great design details of this hotel & our room were well thought out. We noticed and appreciated every little thing to make us feel at home. We were on the 3rd floor & the elevator was quick. We ordered pizza from Dominos one night & the delivery driver was prompt & very appreciative of a tip. Breakfast times were generous & the lady that serviced the area was very meticulous! Very clean! Bed was super comfy. Walk in shower was great! Very quiet!

Perhaps the hotel could have a list of area restaurants that provide delivery to the hotel.

The guy that handled our check in was amazing and super accommodating... initially we wanted rooms close to each other, but he was able to split floors so we didn't have to be by the 5 class of 2024 boys that just graduated.... The bed was AMAZING like a cloud....the bathroom was perfect with a walk in shower, I have limited mobility so that was a bonus.... The group said breakfast was great, there was something for everyone....I of course missed breakfast because I didn't want to get out of the bed.... definitely will be coming back when we catch the next Tigers game.....

Friendly staff.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were someone else's body hairs on the floor; several of them. There was a body hair on the toilet. There was a long hair stuck to the wall above the toilet. There was something stuck to the wall near the hair - like a small 'spit wad' of paper. There was also a dirty spot on the wall that appeared like it was partially wiped away.

Very nice Hotel, the staff is extraordinary helpful , thanks for the late check out and the nice hospitality ✌️in the room is everything you need and the breakfast is really good 👍 Fresh fruits, delicious eggs and omelette and plenty of other choices! All in great quality, thanks for the Greek Joghurts, my favorite! Just one thing, PLEASE reduce the plastic at your breakfast, no need for plastic dishes in these days , America 🇺🇸 could reduce millions of tons of plastic and garbage , we’re living in a time where we need to safe our planet and oceans 💪😉
