I like the makeup and upgrades to the room. The location was great for my destination. Staff was polite.

Night shift didn't keep her word in bringing me washcloths. I noticed when I arrived I only had one washcloth in the room that was makeup stained. When I came back I asked staff for 5 washcloths seeing as though it was 3 of us. She stated there only was 3 and the others were just put in to the dryer. I asked if I had to come back down or would someone bring them. She stated she would bring them after taking my room number but never did. I ended up utilizing hand towels. Also breakfast time was never offered we had to call down for that information. Usually once you arrive to a hotel the explain everything and what they offer. Other than that I would definitely visit again. It was a concert crowd so I'm hoping noise in the hall would be at a minimum if I were to stay on a regular day.

the entry way into the building was so calming. The customer service was on point so helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and clean ands the hot tub was much needed and relaxing. I come to Detroit once a month and this was the first time staying at your hotel. With just a few adjustment this would be my preferred place to stay. Breakfast is the most important meal for me and I book only with places that have this provided.

The pool was close and this was not mention in the ad( one reason we choose here) until we arrive and ask the pool hours. The breakfast was okay the line for the only hot food was waffles. The line was so long we had to wait 25+ min to make one. For it to be a weekend I believed there should have been more hot food choices. Having more of a juice selection would be ideal, only had OJ.

The location was excellent and parking was a breeze. The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome.

The breakfast was meh. I am used to hotels offering a more robust breakfast again since Covid. I prefer individual containers of yogurt as an example. The elevator went down the evening we got there, so after climbing many stairs to get to and from our event, we returned late at night and needed to climb more stairs. I would also prefer it if there were an icemaker on each floor. It seems silly to only have one on the third floor.

The location was great. It was easy to get to and from the hotel to where we wanted to go. The decor was eye catching. The front desk staff were friendly and very responsive to requests and questions.

We didn't mind not having carpeting in our room, but the floors could have been cleaner. We decided to keep our socks on as a result. We liked that the breakfast offered a variety of options, such as yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, etc., but there weren't any eggs or very few all three days of our stay. Also, the orange juice/apple juice machine wasn't working properly and we needed to ask for coffee more than once.

This is my preferred hotel in the Metro Detroit area. Close to two major highways, Rooms are solid, Dix Coney Island is around the corner, and I just always have a good stay here

The elevators were out, but getting them repaired over Memorial Day Weekend is difficult and out of all the times I've stayed here, this was the first. Ehh, whatever, I needed the exercise.

The hotel is recently updated so it is in good condition. The room is spacious, reasonably well appointed. The physical location was ideal for visiting with family in the area.

The neighborhood around the hotel is uninviting. The area is surrounded by highways, and industrial complexes. It does not feel safe. The elevator is dreadfully slow - and I believe there is only one available for guest use. This is inadequate considering the number of floors and rooms.

We were in town for one night for a concert at Little Caesars Arena. This hotel was only 15 mins away. It was very clean and quiet. Justin at the check in desk was so helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations of great places to eat. Everyone was so nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We upgraded to the room with the king size bed. We loved the extra space as well as the oversized tub. The only suggestion I would make is to put a bar on the wall to assist getting in and out of the shower. It is a high tub and being shorter it was challenging getting in and out.

Decent Hotel and good location. Close to downtown. Room size was nice. Staff was very friendly other than breakfast.

Requested adjoining rooms right after reservation was made. When we checked in were told they weren't available. Early end to breakfast for a weekend and they rushed to put it away even with guests trying to get their food.

Friendly staff from check in to check out ! Not the most updated but doesn’t take away from the experience, lounge patio furniture outside and a pool with many food options nearby! This is my second stay here and I’m sure there will be a third and fourth etc…

Breakfast , we came at the begining of the last hour and no fruit left, no butter , snacks all gone. Muffins and bagels almost all gone. Coffee empty. No one came to check to see if we needed anything.
