The room was so comfortable and we felt safe. The front desk staff was welcoming and greeted us each time we entered or left the hotel. The housekeeping staff was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. It allowed us to wake and take a few minutes while we enjoyed our breakfast before heading out to visit family, friends, shop, etc. Hope to be back in June 25 and November 25. Hoping to be able to book same hotel, same room. Keep up the good work.

This Hampton Inn is straight out of the corporate Hampton Inn mold. If you have seen or stayed in one you will get what you expect - spacious rooms decently furnished. Thhis paticular room was poorly lit and the desk chair was well worn - and less thaan comfortable. Breakfast was a bit below Hampton standards. All in all a good choice for lodging in the area.

Bathroom faucet leaks on the counter. The room need n more light in the corners and the countertops in the main room.

The Hampton Inn at Allen Park was among the best locations I have ever stayed in. Anna, working the front desk, showed sincere kindness and ensured an easy check-in. Our room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable.

I didn't like the barn-style door to the restroom. I could not figure out how to latch it, which could have caused issues had I been traveling with a larger group. Additionally, we had to drive a couple of miles out to find available food options.

This hotel is in Detroit - Allen Park, close to the Canadian border. The staff are super friendly and professional. The place is clean and well organized. Breakfast runs 6 am - 10 am. A number of restaurants nearby. Also, they have some instant and frozen food for purchase, some snacks as well. Coffee and tea are available non-stop at no additional charge. The room has a coffee machine and a microwave. The bathroom has several safety bars in the bathtub - so if you prefer a bathtub - it is there but if you need security and safety as well - the bars are there. The toiletries are mounted on the wall in the bathtub and next to the sink. For breakfast, they had eggs, bacon, butter, cheese, yogurt, cereal, cooked oatmeal, hard boiled eggs. Toaster and waffle makers are at your disposal. Juice, milk are there as well. Apples and bananas are ready to go. The staff are constantly cleaning and re-stocking. There is a swimming pool but I did not use it - it looked clean. All the staff we interacted with were really pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Parking is around the hotel. The breakfast and parking were included in the price for us.

The facility should do a better job with recycling - nothing is labeled in the room as a recycling bin and at breakfast - everything went into the same garbage bin - food remnants, single use plates, utensils, cups.

The staff were very nice and professional! I liked the breakfast options and availability of coffee all day.

The room could have been cleaner. Found some stains on the window blinds and chair. TV remote held together with tape. Would be nice to have a smart tv in the rooms. Room could use a fresh repaint as the walls were chipped. We could hear slamming door noises and stomping from upstairs preventing us from getting sleep.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. I also really liked the art in the room, especially the water scene that looked like it had pickle chips floating in the water. I love me some pickles

Our door was separating from the hinges at the top. It took us a minute to realize it, the door wouldn't close behind us unless we pushed it hard with our shoulder. Also the bed was too firm for me and most of my group. But that of course is a preference

The breakfast was excellent. Great choices and very delicious. Loved the tiny scones. They melted in the mouth. Great little waffles and nice choices.

The refrigerator was hard to get into. The cabinet and door was awkward. It needed to be reversed. Also there was no cabinet to store clothes. It was dark and not enough outlets for a CPAP machine.

The breakfast was really good. It’s in a good location if you’re visiting the Henry Ford museum/Greenfield Village and attending a Tigers game.

We stayed 3 days and I had to go down to the front desk to get extra towels everyday because for some reason housekeeping would only leave two bath towels in a queen room. Not a big deal but just puzzling.

The location was convenient to downtown and very close to the Henry Ford museum. There were plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was helpful and suggested good places to eat. Detroit was interesting and fun!

The staff was very pleasant. The food for the complimentary breakfast was good. The room was room was very comfy and relaxing.

Could’ve used a little more light options. The pool was under maintenance during our stay which we weren’t informed of when booking our stay. They did tell us we could use the pool at the adjacent hotel but that was not very convenient.
