Front desk staff was very friendly & had helpful information about the area. The lady manning breakfast was on top of everything & did an excellent job of keeping the breakfast “nook” supplied. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and what we had was very good for a hotel “grab & go” breakfast.

The height of the bed. I’m “vertically challenged” (short at 5’1”) with mobility issues (walk with a cane due to constant pain in my knees, hip & lower back). Beds just seem to get taller & taller making them difficult for me to get into.

Breakfast was very nice. Coffee, popcorn & cookies were available (free) in the afternoon for snacks. They also had an area next to the breakfast room that had vending machines with a large assortment of items & sodas.

Breakfast was very nice, however, staff wasn't checking as often as needed and ran out of eggs. A guest had to go tell her, after waiting over 5 minutes, that they were out.

It was close to where we needed to be. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The desk clerk gave us a room on the ground floor an near a door, which was nice because my dad is 92 and not very mobile. That was greatly appreciated.

The hot tub was being worked on an unavailable. Not sure we would have used it anyway. We were only there for one night. The TV did not have a great picture. Definitely not HD. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but very clean.

Everything was delicious. Staff did an excellent job of keeping the breakfast area well stocked and clean.

Vacancy immediately available. Room was clean, mattresses were pristine, (IYKYK) plenty of towels, bathroom toiletries were a nice touch.

Gentle advice: when checking in, the attendant should explain the check-in procedure, confirm the online reservation was accepted and point out the wifi password.

The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Room very clean. Easy checking in.

This was a good choice for the area. Not many hotels available. Area had a McDonald’s, piazza hut, and gas station. If this is your last stop for the day, Not much variety to choose from for a meal.

Very friendly, comfortable, good breakfast, cookies and pop corn was a nice touch! 👌 The traffic sound at night was a bit loud but the hotel noise was minimal on 2nd floor. The bathroom was extremely small. But over all we would stay again. Thanks!

Great location and clean facility. We stay here every time we come to Newberry. The breakfasts are delicious. Eggs, sausage and gravy, donuts, sausage links, a good amount to choose from. If that isn't enough there's a great restaurant right across the road with fantastic food and big portions.

The bathroom in the room is small. The door almost touched the toilet when you shut it.

I have stayed here several times over the last 20 years. The place is always clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu has expanded since my last stay. The staff is wonderful.

The price was higher than I expected, but that may be due to changes in the hospitality industry since I last traveled.

The pillows were amazing! Suuuper soft and the bathroom was small, practical, and pleasing!

The refrigerator froze everything i had brought, and there was no one at the front desk for checkout time. I had to holler around for anyone.
