Staff was very warm and friendly. The bed was so comfortable! Parking and location was good for my first time in Port Huron.

I requested an early check-in because I would be arriving between 12:00 and 1:00. When I arrived I was told that my room would not be ready until 3:00 and I could wait in the lobby. There wasn't a do not disturb sign in my room, so I ended up with housekeeping trying to come in my room while I was in the shower. Thank goodness for the locks on the doors! Noise from the room next door made it hard to sleep.

Great location, water side was a really nice view. I loved the table and chairs out back you could use. Close to Port Huron but not downtown.

When I came to check in at 5, room wasn't ready. I hadn't realized there had been a big festival downtown earlier that week. And, it was short staffed. They did call me when the room was cleaned and the manager was nice and gave me the waterside view. Upon checking out, the desk staff was very friendly. So, they more than made up for the problem.

Have had some poor experiences with other hotels lately, BUT THIS ONE WAS AN EXCEPTION! It was clean, lobby, hallways and room. It smelled new/clean, which is always a plus in our books. Staff was beyond kind, professional and helpful. ABSOLUTELY would stay here again.

The outside of the building is older, but that didn't matter once we were inside.

staff very friendly and helpful. rooms were very nice and clean. bed comfortable and cozy convenient party store and gas station next to hotel. restaurants located 2 to 5 plus miles depending on where you want to eat. location great. nice view of the boat marina. (even with all the snow). relaxing, pool is salt water. very pleasant all the way around. Will definitely stay again.

The breakfast area was spacious and the breakfast items included hot and cold choices. The pool was 5 ft deep, deep enough for adults. The gym area was equipped with several machines. The room had a large screen tv, microwave and coffee pot with a king sized bed and a sofa. Everything was clean.

We were there for a funeral and shared the floor with hockey players and families who were there for tournaments. The plan was to relax in the pool but maybe next time.

Unable to adjust room temperature in room. Blowing cold air from window unit while set on heat. Also very loud fan causing difficulty sleeping

Quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. I travel to Port Huron for work at least once a year and this is my 2nd time staying here. I will likely return.

I wish it were pet friendly. The later you come down for breakfast, the less options you have.

Standard Holiday Inn Express for the most part.

The floors in the corridor are extremely uneven, so much that it is noticeable when you walk down the corridor. The sub surface must be pitted and bumpy enough to feel this through the carpet. This would be a safety issue especially for an elderly or handicapped person.

The hotel was spacious, modernized, and had nice amenities. The location was nicely out of the way from water street, yet perfectly located for access to the city or freeway. The view of the old Port Huron Marina is pretty awesome. The front desk manager Neal was absolutely awesome. Incredibly polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great stay made fantastic by the service we recieved.

I think breakfast should go till 10 rather than 9 30.

Stay 3 days seeing family. On 2nd day we traded rooms for view of river out the back. That room was great, view was great. Yes, I would rent there again.

Had a 3 day stay. First night Wife found a lot of small blood stains on inside of comforter on bed. I took it to check in. I showed the lady that it was obvious if housecleaning as just looking. We received a new clean one.
