The rooms were comfy and everything was clean. Especially the pool area. The way it was set up with towels on chairs made it feel more inviting. The lady that checked us in Friday night was great. She was super kind to us. When we left today Kelli was very nice as well. All around a great stay.

The only concern I had was the water on floor in front of pool door since our room was right there and my mom has to use a cane to walk.

Customer services clean the time for brake fast I love speeding more time here and i will recommend my friends and families if they come to Austin this where to stay enjoy the nice pool everything here Ty u all for good service

Nothing to dislike here

Breakfast good but I think M-F breakfast should be at least from 6am to 10am.

That we have to pay for snacks up from I think snacks should be free since some of us have little kids that get hungry in the middle of the night and we have to pay for them.

I liked how CLEAN this place was! My 7 year old LOVED his "man cave" with its own tv and pull out bed! He loved watching his cartoons in peace from us after a long road trip. The rooms were quiet and clean.

There isn't anything that stood out to me.

It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. My family was tired from driving long hours but the place provided comfortable beds, spacious rooms and good drinks including good coffee, apple juice and orange juice all day.

The internet was kind of slow but I was able to check my emails and see some news.

The location was great. Breakfast was ok, don't usually eat much breakfast

Bed was very uncomfortable At a previous stay, the bathroom door was very squeaky This last stay, our room had a musty smell to it

We enjoyed the pool.the good breakfast,the clean room,the friendly staff,the appearance of the exterior and interior of the property,the quietness of the facility. Very nice hotel.

Nothing negative to say about the facility. My only complaint: I was unable to receive a print-out of the room charges and itemization. I was told that the only person who was able to provide me with that was the person who checked us in on Friday evening ?? And of course she wasn't there at the time of check-out. I was also told that I was not able to be e-mailed the info. either .Not only does this NOT make sense,it sounds a bit sketchy to me. I have NEVER encountered this at any property in my various travels . So, if there are any questionable charges on my credit card the property will definently be hearing from me!!

The pool they let adults have time later then children so much more relaxing when kids are not screaming and splashing around.

No hot tub and it was long wait time for elevators. Much faster to take stairs just hard to when lugging all the luggage in and out for a family. I wish they.had more then one elevator. Going up and down stairs otherwise was fun abd just fine so did not care about elevator.

Cleaning staff did not bug you and everyone said.hi and smiled. They even.asked if you needed towels or anything. They would pull from cart.and give you if needed. Very nice and professional.

Long time at Front desk to check since later at night and it frustrating to not know if checkout went right since you just drop keys and go and nor engage with staff.

Cleanliness

Breakfast buffet. No meat and very little to nothing for someone who is gluten free. All I was able to eat was scrambled eggs. Wasn’t enough. If there was sausage or bacon it would have made the difference
