Good location right next to I-90 and I-35 interchanges. Clean room. Had trouble with blinds (maybe broken?) but the black out was pretty good. Broken office chair -- it went all the way down when I sat on it. LOL. I'm only 120 lbs! I meant to tell them but forgot.

Just the broken chair and the blinds issues. All else was good.

We stop in 3 different hotels in the summer on the way to our cabin and in the fall on our way back south. The Best Western is the best hotel for the price, comfort, breakfast, and location. They beat all the other hotels we stayed at.

Just one inconvenience. You have to go to the next exit to find a variety of restaurants to dine at. There is a restaurant near by, but we have had issues with them.

Very clean area. I quickly made a sausage, egg, & cheese muffin that was yummy! Great coffee👍!! The desk person was terrific & very helpful … we were exhausted after 14 hrs of driving, so we really appreciated her & the great facilities!!

Everything was perfect!

Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is clean. All the housekeepers and front desk people were very friendly.

The shower drain needed to be worked on. Not draining fast enough. The breakfast was only average at best. The woman restocking the breakfast wasn't very friendly.

The staff were upbeat and talkative. The pool was open, thank you! The rooms were decently comfortable and clean. Overall, a nice stay in Albert Lea.

There wasn't a lot of things to dislike. Not very close to the downtown, but easier access to highway. Fitness room was a bit limited, but again not a huge deal.

Location very convenient to interstate, shopping, gas, restaurants. Extremely clean. Window treatment creative and effective. Liked the idea of shelves instead of drawers.

Contractors working on distributing gravel to exterior edging piled gravel in handicap parking area.

Rooms were clean , comfy and roomy. We had a nice breakfast there . The staff were very helpful and nice ! They have a lovely yard to sit in .

Hot tub was out of order but those things happen.

We had 3 adults, so we stayed in a room with 3 full size beds. WONDERFUL. I wish more hotels had rooms like these. Fits lg families or construction crew. Everyone had their own bed.

No complaints.

Location is great for us. We have family that live close and its so convenient. The staff are always so friendly and accomodating. Whenever we need a place to stay in Albert Lea we try and book with the Best Western.

It's been a long time since my wife and I got a full breakfast at a hotel. It was excellent and we were very comfortable in our room. The cost was the best deal in the area, though like everything else the cost was more than I wanted to spend. The breakfast just about made up for that. We will stay here again.

Goodbye staying at a good hotel for under $100 a night. that was about the only complaint I had and everyone in the country that doesn't have their head in the sand knows where the blame lies.
