Breakfast was adequate, nothing to write home about. Unfortunately the manager would not allow me to park my boat in a secure area.

It appears that Booking.com overcharged me for the room. The motel’s cost for the room that night was $169 and Booking’s charge was $199. I know booking.com needs to make a profit but I think $30 is excessive. I will chose another on-line agency in the future. I do plan to speak to someone at Booking.com if I’m lucky enough to get a live person.

Hot tub and pool stay open late (21+ after 11pm), hot breakfast served in the morning. Pet friendly. Double jetted tub in suite, perfect for romantic stay. Hotel pillows are never great, but these were fluffy at least!

The cabin vibe was okay, not my favorite look. The toilet tank in our room (163) sometimes didn't fill, so I had to remove the tank lid and push down the bobber manually a couple times. The room was also always warm, I actually had to turn on the a/c (in February in MN) because the the room was so warm - thermostat was set to 70 and it was 75, I ended up turning the a/c to 68, and it got down to 70 by morning.

Sara was very understanding with us bringing our 2 wonderful cats along. The room was in a perfect location to parking and lobby. Breakfast was so warm and delicious. Perfect way to start the,morning. Coffee was exceptionally tasty. Also we liked the ability to purchase items from the well-stocked coolers. We loved the Hot tub and pool! Kids were THRILLED and so was I, that made my weekend business 100% easier.

Well kids running up,and down the halls , but it wasn't late night so we didn't call the desk. We also had to have our keys reprogrammed once. They wouldn't immediately swipe green for us, lots of red or yellow flashes though. Your rooms had comfy beds and soft plush pillows, nice lighting and wonderfully dark shades for good sleeping. Overall. The most important thing was, you had a room ready and staff knowing who we were (felt as if we were just dropping in for a while) . priceless all made possible by your kind front desk girl Jae. She was knowledge with a smile. Thanks so much again.

Always had a good breakfast. The pool and hot tub were very clean and so nice to have a hot tub these days! Easy location to get to and find. The staff went out of their way to help with reservations.

I didn't have breakfast. I appreciate being on the 1st floor as this property doesn't have an elevator. My room was fairly quiet.

Room was small & a bit dingy. Hard to regulate temp-didn't know if wall control or unit control was what to use. TV was difficult to figure out. Stingy w/toiletries.

Very pleased with the sound proof rooms, housekeeping was excellent, bed was very comfortable.

One of our rooms thermostat did not work properly but staff promptly moved us to another room.

The front staff were polite and helpful. Room and bed clean.

The breakfast food is meh...unless you like processed everything. I was able to find a banana. Eggs looked like they were from powder, yogurt was the sweet fruity variety, and waffles, bread and muffins.

We stayed in the queen deluxe room. We were traveling with 5. I was surprised to find two extra towels in the dresser (typical 4 in the bathroom). There were also 2 extra pillows along with four on each queen bed! There was also a full sheet set with quilt for the pull out couch. This was the first time in years that’s I haven’t had to call the front desk for something, it was awesome! Beds are firm, room was quiet. Breakfast was above average to moderate. Has two waffle makers, biscuits, sausage and gravy, eggs, bacon, and typical stuff. Also had donuts. I was impressed and thought it was a good spread for a continental breakfast. They even had Nutella! Didn’t use the pool, but it looked really nice! With separate hot tub, pool table and games, and an adult hour at the end of the night. The hotel was recently remodeled and looks great! Would definitely stay there again. Staff were nice and courteous.

More drink choices for breakfast would be nice and more coffee creamer flavors.

Booked King Room online, and included that we were traveling with our dog. When we checked in, we were given a king room, but as we were walking to our room, desk attendant told us we couldn’t stay in the king room after all unless we paid a $50 dog fee. We told him we did not want to pay an additional amount. After 20 minutes or more, we were moved to a room with 2 queen beds for the same price. The room was very nice, but not what we were expecting. Attendant was very nice & apologetic, but it was not a smooth check in.

Clean, daughter liked the bathroom color scheme, staff were very friendly and accommodating. They opened breakfast 30 min early to ensure our group of gymnasts and families were able to eat breakfast before check out.

Hallway carpet and scheme were outdated.
