Had an issue with super 8 on an extra day stay was disappointed on my reservation. Called super 8 to reserve an extra day and paid over the phone. Once I got my receipt for the room they charged me $53.83 taxes for one day. When questioned the front desk. They said I got the room thru price line. I showed them the number I called. It was super 8 she said not our number. I called it she answered So wasn’t true. She asked who I talked to I said a man. She said did you know his name. I said his would I know was over a month ago or more. I never talked to booking.com or Priceline for the on extra night. Staff a told me they wouldn’t take info credit card over the phone. The phone rang and she did take over the phone a credit card. She told me I would need to take up with corporate.

Room was not ready at check-in, but that was not a problem, as we were not in a hurry, but staff was very pleasant and accommodating, giving us updates and allowing us to use the breakfast room to eat our lunch. They really went out of their way to make sure that that slight delay was acceptable. The rooms were large, clean, beds were very comfortable and so are the pillows.i

that day they were understaffed, so we understood about the room wasn’t quite ready. So do not want to make a judgment call on that since it could have been just that day.

Conveniently located by shopping and restaurants. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed speaking to the staff Doreen checked us in. She was friendly and professional!

The motel is older, but, clean! The staff is very accommodating - Our heater did not work and we were moved to another room which was better

Rooms are dark - Breakfast is a little sparse Staff is great tho

Although dated, the facility was clean and felt safe.

The continental breakfast was pre packaged food. Coffee was good. There is a good breakfast place next door for a hot breakfast option.

breakfast options were pretty limited compared to previous stays....not competitive with other similar...two options of cold cereal not what a continental breakfast was expected..

Large room, A/C worked really well. Breakfast facilities met my expectations.

Lack of water fountain. Needed to purchase water bottles from the front desk.

Location is good and have had positive experiences with staff members. Beds are comfortable as well.

The drain in our bath tub is terrible. I've had to clean it several times when I've needed to use it.

The breakfast choices were somewhat limited.

The single room could have been somewhat larger for it felt crowded and easy to move around in.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with this hotel! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean.
