I thought the evening staff was amazing very respectful and pleasant morning staff not so much lady always seems crabby doesn't have good customer service skills but the people who run the hotel are very respectful and amazing. The room was very clean and very comfortable.the continental breakfast is to die for everything but the morning staff was perfect I'd suggest staying at this hotel to anybody trust me you won't regret it

The morning desk clerk she's never friendly doesn't visit or make conversation with customers and that's something you need in any work environment granted it's not Walmart but you should have a smile on your face all the time when it comes to your customers

I was there alone with my severe special needs adult child who walks some but also has a wheelchair. The staff were all AMAZINGLY helpful and understanding about that. I really really appreciated that personal touch of compassion. Plus the room was an awesome! It was big suite with the jacuzzi tub so I could give nice long baths to my daughter who loves that. I recommend this place, that suite and the location is great too. I really can't thank the staff enough for their compassion and help when I asked for things above and beyond as I was not able to leave my daughter alone. OH we didn'd get a chance to try it out but they also have an indoor heated pool and hot tub.

The breakfast had eggs sausage and waffles Plus bagels yogurt cereal your typical continental but it went till 10;)a plus when you have a teenager The staff was friendly! They didn’t kick me out of the hot tub at 10:) I left about 10:15 The beds are comfy

The breakfast was nothing special, A small variety of buns, waffles, A couple different cold cereals that is kept in a plastic container, juice & coffee.

Little variety in meal, uneven parking lot and sidewalks. Difficult for elderly parent to navigate

It was very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot and always refilled

The toilet in the guest room was very low to the ground. Would definitely be hard for someone that is tall, with back or knee issues, or elderly

We had a room sewer smell happen our first evening. We were moved to another room immediately. We appreciated the excellent service of all departments who serviced us over our weekend stay.

The staff was polite they smiled!! The place was very clean, the breakfast was very good, the pool was very nice and the place was quite, water pressure good/nice hot water for a shower and it is in great location!!

The beds are super comfortable, friendly staff and breakfast was great!

Just one small thing - the toilet paper is set back too far for most people to reach comfortably. It would be nice if it was moved closer to the toilet so you don't have to reach nack so far.

Front desk staff extremely professional and went out of their way to assign me a ground floor room. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable but a little on the soft side.
