The property was right off the highway and easy to get to. It had plenty of parking and cookies, fruit, and coffee inside the lobby for the customers when they arrived. There was a pool and hot tub. The room was nice with the refrigerator andmicrowave.. The bed was OK and a little bouncy.

The hotel was nice enough to give us a late check out at 1 o’clock, but the housekeeping staff still knocked on the door, despite having the do not disturb sign up. We still had an hour before our checkout time. The communication must not have went through like it should’ve and had they walked in. They would’ve caught us with no clothes on.

I know it’s a small thing but having the butter at room temperature for breakfast makes a big difference. I have stayed at many hotels with breakfast and this is the first one that you could actually use the butter. The breakfast attendant was also amazing

The air conditioner in the room was so loud it was hard to sleep. It had a regular thermostat but that one didn’t work for the air conditioning

Probably by the fact I could not draw my blinds so the lights outside were still bright. Am a dark room person due to fact that am a sensitive light sleeper. Overall experience was great still awesome

The room was very clean and an excellent size. The furnishings in the room were tasteful and the bed was comfortable. The coffee at breakfast was good quality - better than the rubbish machine coffee we've had to endure in the other hotels during this trip.

There was a large group of college tennis players staying the night we were there and they were very noisy even gone midnight. They took over the dining room at breakfast and left a huge mess for the poor lady trying to clean it up. The lady in charge of breakfast was doing her best and was very helpful. Hotel staff should remind guests that they need to be quiet after 11pm. Having signs up doesn't work.

The beds were hard felt like we were sleeping on bricks. On the last day, the water felt slimmy while taking a shower, and the toilet didn't flush well. But I did let the staff know about the toilet. Other than that it was a great stay 😁

The hotel had done some updating over the past few years. The beds and AC unit were new, comfortable and quiet. Everything was clean, the pool was well maintained and the Breakfast had many choices.

The plumbing needed a bit of attention. Standing water in the tub when we showered. But nothing we couldn't handle.

Breakfast was not good at all. No fruit except for 3 very over ripe brown bananas and mushy apples. The eggs were fake and were very strange. No donuts or muffins . You could do much better. 2nd morning we choose to pay for our breakfast. Paying $250 per night was pretty steep for not being able to eat the breakfast that was included.

I didn’t like the fact I requested a rollaway and NEVER got it

It was an older room but very clean. Quiet. Liked it so well and will be staying there next weekend again for business.

Was a little disappointed in breakfast. Saturday was just biscuits and gravy or waffles. Sunday, they did have eggs and sausage and waffles. The taste was very good. I just wanted a little more on Saturday as I do not eat waffles.

The help was smiling, nice and caring

The breakfast eggs were cold on the second morning, they ran out of breakfast at 8am and had to heat more up for us late rising lodgers, they had bacon before but must've run out because they came back with sausage which is what we had the first morning and we took our eggs back to the room to heat them up because the cheese in them was still frozen, and we didn't want to wait for them to have to make a whole new breakfast meal. No big deal though. The staff was very sorry for the food not being heated properly.

The location was great for surrounding restaurants and shops. The staff was great. Free cookies are always a plus. I love that the pool/spa area is open until midnight. All around it was affordable and fun.

I can't think of one negative thing to say.
