This property is under new ownership, and they are such wonderful, friendly, and conscientious family. They went the extra mile to see that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This property is in an excellent location so very close to Gustavus College for which I had traveled to be at. For the Value and Service we received, it is a 10 in my book for all the needs I expected and received for my short stay! The only things I experienced were that the wood products ( such as the chest of drawers for clothes, and table between the beds were old and worn, BUT the motel is under new ownership, and the owners said that is on their list to upgrade just like they had with the new Linens, which were Excellent ! The new owners are committed to bringing this great location and high value motel up to the expectations of those who chose to travel to St. Peter. Give these owners some time and this small motel will satisfy anyone looking for an exceptional value when staying in St. Peter.

The vintage tub is solid, rarely see that in hotels. Great shower head.

The foam coffee cups. They did have a coffee mug for those that don't like to use foam cups, so that was a nice option.

I was traveling to the Gustavus Adolphus College and needed a budget hotel with no amenities or breakfast to drive up the price plus I wasn't going to use them. This motel was just a mile or so down the road so the location was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the shower was blazing hot, and the heater worked. The towels were even soft, you rarely get soft white towels anymore!

Nothing, it was just fine. I mean there could have been a nice reception with the mayor, the Rockettes, and a spread including a charcuterie board- but it was after 1 am when I got there. Just having the lady that checked me in still be warm and welcoming was good enough for me. Thank you again, nice lady!

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. There were some noisy patrons outside their room near the far end of the motel when I first arrived, but they quieted down before I got ready to go to sleep.

The air conditioner was very loud, but it was cool enough outside that I didn't need to run it much.

Did not get any breakfast at motel.

A channel guide brochure for the tv would have been helpful finding news & weather on tv.

The overall experience was the best I have had in many visits to a hotel/motel in this area. I recommend this quant motel to anyone looking for value yet wanting a comfortable, clean room and hospitable hosts.

Had coffee everyday. The lady that runs the place is nice, Very helpful. Clean and reasonable, that's what I wanted and recieved.

It was farther from the moa, than I thought originally but it was the best price.

Very convenient, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good lighting over mirror and non-slip tub surface much appreciated, also two chairs---amenities often not provided by pricier motels. We slept well and enjoyed our stay!
