The staff was superb! Great customer service! It was a very hot weekend, but our room (and the facility) was very comfortable and cool. Breakfast was good. It was the perfect place for us to stay at!

The only thing we didn't like was during our first night, the smoke detector randomly sounded at 5:14am and then again an hour later. It beeped randomly during the day, and we alerted staff; they replaced the battery, and it was fine the rest of the weekend.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. Very clean hotel. Housekeeping personal were very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place RiverHills Hotel. Close to the mall and restaurants.

Other guests that let their children run up and down the halls at 10pm. I told them to stop because people are sleeping, the parents were right there. Bummed that the pool wasn't opened.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The facility was a small suite with a kitchenette. Our key didn't work at first, and the lady at reception was very helpful and pleasant.

They missed cleaning the toilet seat. My husband said there was urine on it when he used it the first time, so he had to clean it himself. There were a few chunks of fuzz on the carpeting that the vacuum cleaner missed.

The room was exceptionally clean with a kitchenette. Courteous staff and cozy rooms. The room setup was ideal for a family getaway. .

The complimentary breakfast was great, although we seemed to have missed most of it, as there was a team of young baseball players who had visited, so it was expected.

Kitchen sink was tidy, bed was very hard and uncomfortable and room wasn’t serviced or vacuumed once whilst we were there for 9 nights

Nice location, close to mall, sports complex’s, ect. Nice patio. Very friendly staff! Full size Refrigerator was nice to keep a large amount of things cold.

Waffle maker non stick spray didn’t work well and the waffles stuck to the maker, for all guests.

Room size was great Breakfast was very good, plenty to eat

Bed was too soft for my taste, but slept ok Bathroom hand towel was rough on my skin My next visit I would like a room overlooking your back yard, if my room selection is available.

It was very clean and comfortable. The manager was helpful and polite. We will certainly return in the future.

It would have been nice to stay another night, though the pool was not in operation.

Awesome lobby and kind people working there, we loved Holly and George decorating the for the holidays and making everyone feel like family. They took great care of us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everyone in the building is friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here twice and will stay here again as our first choice, but the property definitely could use a bit of an update and freshening up. It is still the best value for your money though, clean and safe.

The cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff and management.

That I had a few hiccups , but they were addressed very quickly with no hesitation and it was beyond their control but they took care everything . Perfect satisfaction I shall say .
