They're undergoing renovations now, but I can say that both our rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good hotel breakfast. Love the window alcove in our room, and love the fact that the curtains were really black out curtains. The regular lighting in the room was decent too. I hate hotels that have cut back on lighting to the point that you can't read a book at night.

Not so much a complaint but a comment. The "hot tub" was cold. The guy on duty called the manager who had him check some stuff and he found that the heat had been turned completely off. No idea why. He turned it back on, and we stuck around to have a slightly warmer experience. We were craving a nice jacuzzi, but it wasn't the end of the world. We enjoyed our two night stay in New Ulm, and found that not just hotel staff but wait staff at the Perkins and Applebees next door are also really nice.

The overall stay was very good! We had some A/C issues but the Lady at the front desk moved us to another room but it Wass much smaller without the quiet room. She stated she told this issue to maint. from last guests but it never got fixed. Maybe a talk with the maint man is in order. Plus I didn't feel like we got to enjoy the quiet room that we paid extra for. However, like I said our stay was great and I would suggest anyone to stay there in the future.

On the second day of our stay, the coffee maker wasn’t working, so we went to Hyvee which was across the street for our coffee.

One of my friends called down to the front desk because she felt one of the beds had not been changed. A rep came up immediately to fix this situation.

Easy access & nice room

The room I was assigned/checked into had a temperature of 48 degrees and it took all evening & night to warm up to a tolerable level. I was cold. The next morning it many, many minutes to get hot water in the sink and the shower.

Room was very comfortable and clean, staff was kind and helpful, especially working with our need for an early check in. Great location. I'll stay again next time I'm in town.

Would appreciate some fresh fruit at breakfast.

The bathroom had a musty smell. if I put the bathroom fan on it was better.

The queen suite was perfect for our family of 3 with two small dogs. There was plenty of space for all our gear and plug ins for our phones. Loved the kitchenette with fridge and microwave. The breakfast was good, choices as expected. We went for a dip in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.

Neighbors in room 123 had a door that would not latch and had to slam the door multiple times to get it to stay latched.

Breakfast and location were good. I had stayed there about 3 or 4 years ago and knew it was dependable.

Do not like working with Booking.com as cannot make changes and confirmations with the hotel. Will work directly with the hotel in the future and be able to swap rooms easier at the last minute. Nice to have pool and hottub but the pool surface in the water tends to be a little slippery.

a little noisy from people in other rooms and I was expecting a walk in shower from the pic of handicap room but what I got was a tub with a seat across it.
