The price and size of the rooms were fine. You even had thin pillows for those who don't like fluffy pillows.

I am in American but do not live in America we are visiting family at this time. The man at the front desk had very poor english and could not understand much of what we were saying. .I did find this a little frustrating after allbI am in America. I was hoping to speak my own language. Breakfast was also very poor to the standard of the hotel.I thought I was staying in. But for the price I cannot complain.

The staff were amazing! Facility is clean. Located just off Hwy 14 near the mall and many restaurants. Reasonably priced and perfect as a base if you are looking for a place to sleep. Our room did not have a microwave or a mini fridge, but there is a microwave in the breakfast room and staff offered to store our food in the back freezer. It was a slow day, so probably not always an option for the freezer.

The room was small for 2 people with nowhere to sit except for one desk chair and the bed. Very limited Breakfast options-white bread, plain bagels, cereal, waffles, juice and coffee. Would have been nice to have some fruit and yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc. If maintaining hot breakfast is too much. My hubby slept well, but I found the bed uncomfortable.

Conviently located. Quiet and clean. Everything in the room was working.

We neglected to contact the property directly to confirm a handicap room. Having 2 wheelchairs was tight, and a non-accessable bathroom was uncomfortable. Again, we take ownership of this issue. The accessible rooms for this property are very good. We've stayed here several times.

Perfect location! Facility is very bright, clean and the staff are always smiling. Plus they accept pets :0)

Not the hotels fault - but there were some loud guest slamming doors and stomping the floors above us.

It was OK but not a lot of choices.

No refrigerator in the room. I like my water to be very cold. The room was not dirty but I would not say it was clean. I clean for a living. The toilet needs to be cleaned of the hard water around the rim. The bathroom sink faucet needed a good scrubbing with a tooth brush. I would also vacuum. But that is just me.

Very Clean Lobby, Easy to excess from Main Highway, Restaurants in walking distance, Easy to Check Inn & Check out, Very friendly and helpful Staff, Breakfast is good for Morning start up, also rooms and hallway Very clean. Overall everything is fine. We have Very good experience.

Very Friendly Staff

The location was ideal for our purposes and close to good restaurants too. The staff was excellent-very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fine -mostly carbs - waffles, bagels, and cereal.

We would have liked some protein with our breakfast-some bacon or sausage.

Hotel was quiet,room comfortable

There was no breakfast variety, same all 4 days. Four days is too long to not get garbage emptied. Housekeeping changed out towels but not garbage.

It’s a really good place fort short stay or if your are looking for some thing reasonable for your budget, the staff is friendly and helps you during your stay, installations are clean .

Super friendly staff and very clean. Bed was comfortable. I was in town on family business and just needed a quiet place to crash. This was perfect for me.

No refrigerator or microwave but price was great if you don’t mind going to the lobby to use microwave.
