The Room on the 6th floor was perfectly arranged and ready for us upon arrival. The Olive's Restaurant was perfect for us after a long day of travel. The options for food were superb and the choices of drinks were delightful. The Manager, wait staff and bar tender were always attentive and demonstrated exceptional teamwork.

The 1 think we struggled with was getting from the parking lot to the correct set of elevators to the hotel.

The location was fantastic loved the pool area it was small yet cozy. Pool was just enough to get your laps in and the hot tub is always a nice addition. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable and it was clean.

Only thing that was not working was my bathroom fan. Hallways also felt pretty muggy but the rooms felt incredible and that’s what matters most

The location is absolutely perfect, so walkable to everything downtown. The hotel is very accessible for driving and the parking ramp is a great perk, especially with unpredictable Minnesota weather!! The green space out front is so cute. The staff ~ from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfectly clean. Can’t say enough about this hotel!! This is the third time I’ve been there, and will always recommend it and definitely go back!

Bar and restaurant closed at 8. We arrived at 8:11 ready for food and some drinks to unwind. We picked this hotel so we wouldn’t have to go out again. The Bartender was cleaning up and I asked him if we could get a couple drinks to take to our room he was gracious enough to serve us but kitchen was closed. Even leaving bar open till 9-10 and let them sell the restaurant’s desserts would have been nice. We weren’t the only customers who wanted to these amenities at least 4 of us were turned away. Please put times for closing amenities on app.

The location! It’s perfect for walking to dinner, drinks anything!! All the staff!! The young gentleman checking us in so so kind and professional. There was a bit of a line for check in and never made anyone feel rushed to get to the next person. He made everyone feel special and important. Also saw 2 housekeepers and they were so happy to be working. Had smiles and said good morning to us and wished us a good day.

The only hard part was the parking and then trying to find your room. A bit of a maze, but nothing too terrible.

The room way beautifully decorated and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I absolutely hate having beds that are too hard. I loved our stay and sleeped great!!

Trying to figure out exactly where to park there are so many places of don't park here don't park here wherever and we had no idea and then getting into the building from the parking ramp was a disaster but other than that it was great.

I like the staff, everyone was very friendly. I also like the Olives restaurant being right there. Also, I love the snacks at the front desk. The hotel was dog friendly and we had a great trip with our pup!

We requested 1st floor so our dog could go out potty easier, but we were put on the 8th floor- almost to the top! Oh well! It still worked out fine.

Difficult go from garage back to front door to pick up person. Road work blocked off all access roads. The check in gentleman was not friendly nor informative ~ elevator access using a door key is new to me and it would have helped to have been informed. Yes, I finally read the instructions in the elevator. Access to restaurants via back alley felt unsafe.

Modern, open, clean and staff was wonderful.

Parking was a bit confusing and didn’t know I needed my room key to use the elevator.

We had a great view of the court yard and colorful trees on the hills above the city!

The mirror in the bathroom was stained in multiple places.
